Chick-fil-A

Well I love Chick-​fil-​A and rarely have a bad experience. Today, however, once I got home from running in I realized that two of our sandwiches were soggy! So gross. (I thought they seemed to have gotten them out to me a little TOO quick, if you catch my drift) So why am I giving them 5 stars? Because I called in to describe the issue and without a second’s hesitation the girl I spoke to (Heather) said I’m welcome to anything to fix it, including swinging back to get fresh sandwiches or to even have coupons mailed to me. I had to get back to work so driving back wasn’t an option, but I gave her my address and all is well! Don’t listen to those poor reviews, if something isn’t right these guys will fix it right away.

Food is good. Prices are high but the service and quality generally make that worth it, on occasion. However, leaving items off of an order in the drive thru ruins the experience for me. I had one chicken combo and they forgot the fries.
I don’t like being left with part of the meal I paid for and the choice to drive all the way back, call and spend time on hold, or just realize I am not going to get what I paid for.
I understand mistakes are made. That doesn’t help me resolve the small issue and high cost at trying to resolve the issue. So, I am left with this review.

Oh, no!!! Chick-​fil-​A is ruined for me! I used to love it! This was my first visit to this location. I walked in and it seemed pretty dirty compared to other Chick-​fil-​A stores. But. When. I. Got. My. Food… A hair!!! NOOOOOO!!! Get this… The manager, an older blond guy, didn’t apologize and asked me if it was mine! Wrong color! But, really? You ask me if I put a hair in my own food? REALLY?
Update: I emailed corporate and there was no response. I am surprised. I thought they would care more. Maybe I’ll skip Chick-​fil-​a from here on out.

First let me start by saying that I LOVE CHICK-​FIL-​A. I travel all over the country and I always know that I will get a great meal. With that said, I don’t know what has happened at your Orem Utah location to make it different than every other location I have ever been to but the service is so slow and totally inconsistent with everything I have come to expect from this fine establishment. The people that work at the Orem Utah location seem to try really hard but there is definitely something missing at this location. It’s not just one time where the service has missed the mark. It’s every time. They people working at this location just seem to run at a much slower pace than the rest of the world

All of the praises I’ve sung for other Chick-​fil-​A locations ring through even louder here. The food is the same surprising high quality for fast food. The consistency is impressive; I’ve never had a grisly nugget, a dead lettuce leaf, or even a watery lemonade for that matter.
I love everything here. Anything with chicken is a winner. Even the Light Lemonade is absolutely delicious. I’m a little perturbed that the Fresh Peach Shake is seasonal. I understand it in my brain, but it doesn’t make my pallet or hormones feel any better. I sincerely hope it comes back soon.

I don’t think you can go wrong with chickfila! I haven’t had any problems with this location and we love the food. Plus, they gave our dog a huge dog treat. I love places that make customer service a priority!

I don’t eat here too often but when I do it is usually pretty solid. This time I fad the spicey chicken sandwich and fries. fries were cold and kinda hard but the real problem was the spice chicken sandwich. It was so salty it was almost unbearable. I felt like I had a months worth of salt in one meal. Not a great feeling. I did let the staff know and they said they would let the cooks know but no offer to correct my sandwich. So much for a healthy lunch.

I usually get a chicken sandwich but I tried the chicken strips today. The breading was light and the chicken was meaty. I really liked the chicken strips. I recommend only getting the 3-​piece meal unless you are a big eater. I got a salad and lemonade to complete my combo meal. The salad was cold and crisp. I’ve been a fan of Chick-​fil-​A lemonade for a long time.
I like that they have employees walking around the dining area wiping down tables, getting drink refills and any other things you may be in need of.
Don’t forget the senior discount and free drink refills.

I adore Chick-​fil-​a, but I avoid this location. They’re a bit stingy on taking coupons other stores usually take and one time I got a wrap that tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a while. I love the Sandy location though!

So I’m a new fan of Chick-​fil-​A. Their food is consistently good. They do chicken really well. My favorite is the #1 basic sandwich with mayo. I love the waffle fries. No fry sauce to my knowledge, but they taste great and never feel greasy. I have rarely been impressed with a Subway sandwich for example. But every time I eat at Chick-​fil-​A I think, «That was great!» I used to avoid CFA because of the long drive through lines. But they’ve got it down really well. They have people with iPads taking orders as you’re in line so by the time you get to the window they hand you hot food. Subway is ridiculous. They wait for you to get to the speaker and then slowly make the sandwich while talking to you. One person at a time. Their drive through takes forever. They should change from subway to sub par. So whoever is running this drive through at Chick-​fil-​A is real impressive. I’m guessing inside it’s just as efficient. Orem, watch out! Chick-​fil-​A is eating your lunch so to speak when it comes to fast food!

It really doesn’t get much better than Chick-​Fil-​A; at least in the fast food realm.
This brand new location is conveniently located one block north of center street in Orem right on State. The staff here continues to maintain the standard of excellence that I have seen at every other Chick-​Fil-​A restaurant. Anytime you say thank you, I promise an employee will respond with «my pleasure» every single time. They are quick to fulfill your order, continually offer to refill your drink for you, and are more than happy to take your tray when you are finished.
If you are familiar with Chick you know that they are the creators of the original chicken sandwich. I myself love the sandwich, but time and time again I find myself going for the nugget combo with waffle fries. Choose between and 8 and 12 count, but if you are hungry, go for 12.
For those that are somewhat «health conscious», they offer the same meal with grilled nuggets which are equally delicious. Grab some Polynesian sauce, buffalo sauce, and Chick-​Fil-​A sauce and you are guaranteed to have a good time.
Overall, I’m happy that Chick-​Fil-​A has opened a new location and continues to maintain brand excellence with quality products and fantastic employees. Stop here for lunch this week and you won’t regret it.
