A stolen truck crashed in to my home last June. My first call was to the builder since I thought he could best assist since only 3.5 years. I was wrong; after two weeks of going in circles; my insurance adjuster gave me the name of two companies his other clients had worked with since most small builders don’t have the software needed for maximum efficiency. One was a national company so called Willamette as I thought a local company would be best. Owner Russ sent his foreman Derek out and we went over all the issues which would result in about 14 different trade repairs. I was still reluctant to give up on the builder but did because they were open to me using some of the subs from the original build I had chosen and he had a concrete sub who would actually do a bid (none of the guys on Angies List would even come out when I called myself). So I took a chance and am very glad I did. About ²⁄₃ of the work was done by their employees + two of their subs. I was allowed to use four of my own. Derick went the extra mile to ensure quality such as having the eldarado stone acid dipped to match the color as it had changed so we did not have to tear off four times as much undamaged stone… he and all their employees and subs were very respectful and careful to not cause damage (like the mason not destroying the new driveway :) Yes there were challenges over the several month period but Derek patience (I was so involved in first build I knew the sheet rock was ⁵⁄₈ instead of ¼, what the original insulation was etc.) and willingness to let me whine made all the difference in retaining my sanity while continuing to work from home full time. Last but not least; their prices were fair (based on handling my new build construction loan disbursement), I kept the funds for work I did myself (like cleaning, etc.), and they did not send final invoice until everything done and I was satisfied.

Great company! Top quality work by professional and trained experts. They could not have done a better job on my siding and exterior paint. Russ is honest and has great communication. You will not be disappointed in this company or workmanship!

Russ left me high and dry in the middle of the restoration of my property with fire damage. He quit because I wanted to hire my painter, requested they get a Porto potty instead of using the bathrooms with no running water and questioned a $ 1200 upgrade charge to a higher efficiency furnace that turned out to be only $ 300-​$ 500 from three different companies. Then it turned out the second bid Russ had submitted to insurance and that got approved WAS for a 92+ furnace but he «missed» it. Highway robbery anyone? Now my basement is somewhere in the middle of being remediated where the job is too small for the other remediation companies and too incomplete for a regular GC to come in. Meanwhile insurance doesn’t seem to care at the stall I’ve been put into and I’m getting screwed. Thanks to Russ’s lack of professionalism and maturity. Keep looking or don’t question the charges!

WRSCO is a top notch company. They rebuilt our home after a fire destroyed it in 2009. They did a fabulous job and now, 5 years later have been helped us with some needed repairs as we’re selling it from out of state. Russ Eells and his team are not only professional, honest and trustworthy but they also have incredible empathy for what you’re going through. We couldn’t be more pleased with this company. They helped us rebuild our home in a manner far superior to the original while staying in budget!
