The staff has always been friendly to me. Sometimes they are busier than others, but I’ve always gotten courteous and professional service here. Been coming here for 10 years and they’ve never messed up an order.

Dear Starbucks, If you have 7 baristas working behind the counter and no one in line ahead of me before I made my order, can you tell me why… Why it took 15 minutes to create 3 shots over ice? I’m a little perplexed. What happened to the over the top Starbuck signature customer service?

I moved to this area a few months ago and I’ve gone to this Starbucks almost everyday. Every employee except for one has been so rude and snotty about one thing or another. Every time I say no whip cream, they still put it on. If I ask for light ice, they still put a ton. I can’t even say anything when they make it wrong because if I do they roll their eyes or get an attitude. Overall rude employees and always making drinks wrong. Today was the last straw for me I’m never going back.

I always get friendly service from this place and the lines usually fast despite the fact that it’s usually very very long. Today it was not long. The foods good though they took away my favorite breakfast sandwich a while ago. The eggs have kind of a weird consistency. The coffee is very good. A little sweet on some of the drinks but most of them are great. The house coffee is just to die for.

I go here damn near every morning. Amy is amazing! She is the nicest person and great at her job! The staff here are usually on top of it 90% of the time. I read some of the reviews and all I have to say is if ur nice and they mess up ur drink which happens at any drive thru just let them know it doesn’t taste right and they will usually remake it free of charge and with a smile. They are all normally really nice and awesome. There was one night where we stopped in just to hangout and my bf ended up chatting with one of the batistas there I don’t remember his name but he was hilarious and I thank him for entertaining my bf while my friend and I girl talked haha!

I use this Starbucks fairly regularly, but on 01/06/2015 I swung through the drive thru before my hair appointment in Oregon City. I was hoping to grab some food, and a drink. I asked for the Grilled cheese sandwich, they were out. I asked for a sandwich from their breakfast all day menu– they were out. I asked for a specific pastry, they were out. Finally I said«So No food?» And the barista got snippy with me, and said they had bistro boxes. I decided I didn’t want one, and pulled ahead to get my drinks. The barista at the window had the nastiest attitude when I finally made it to the window, she didn’t say Hello to me, she just took my card, ran it, gave me my drinks and that was it. Working in the customer service industry, I can understand having to deal with customers if you’re having an off day. However, all I asked for was her to do her job and have a good attitude, or at least crack a smile. They’re opening a Starbucks closer to my house, and I won’t have to go back to this one. And I’m thankful for that.

In theory, a drive through Starbucks would be more convenient than a regular walk-in store. Not here. My drinks are often messed up, from being the wrong drink entirely to simply missing the one modification I asked for. One time, I ordered a tall brewed coffee and the barista spilled it all over the cup, so much that when I arrived at work five minutes later the paper bottom of the cup was soaked through and dripping and I had to throw the drink. They also never read your drink back to you in the drive thru when they hand it off and seem generally annoyed by my presence. Would not recommend. There are a few other Starbucks within 5 – 10 minute driving time. I suggest moving on. Seriously.

Ok, at least every other time I go here my drink is made incorrectly. I’m paying at LEAST5.50 $ per drink I get due to me having to also be charged for a different type of milk(a additional 60¢!) So yes I expect to have my coffee made properly at least 80−90% if the time. Since its I drive through I would like to be able to go to this location especially while in a hurry but at this point I’ve literally thrown away a minimum of 200 $ worth if coffee in the past year alone. The milk was burnt our was the wrong milk all together(yes, the same kind I was charged basically a dollar for!), was the wrong drink all together, was a hit drink rather than a child one or visaversa. Plus, they are RUDE!

This Starbucks is very busy but one of the best and fastest. The Drive Thru can be around the building in the morning but the line goes by quick. Just be careful in the parking lot of the shopping center as people drive pretty crazy to get in the Starbucks line.

This location with a Drive Thru is simply the best I’ve been to. They get through the lines quickly and over the years I’ve not once has a problem. Today was a bit of an exception as the young woman taking my order didn’t know if the new Evolution was priced at $ 3 in the AM or only in the PM. However, this was an exception in their level of expertise and she referred me to Lisa at the window to help me. There were 12 cars in line when I arrived and in less than six minutes I had my extra hot drink in hand and was driving away happy. This included reloading my card and paying with it afterward! Great job team! Always wonderful!!’

Baristas here are always friendly. Service time depends upon time of day. Never a terrible wait inside, though drive through can get a little backed up. Can be packed at times with students and church friends meeting for bible study, which lends a friendly, bustling atmosphere. Overall a pleasant location and my personal favorite for its close proximity to home and being open all hours.

As a loyal Starbucks customer, I have a daily habit. I think Starbucks should know the level of service that is at this location. I get to travel all around the country and one of the things that is wonderful about Starbucks is the constant high level of customer service. Today at Oregon City II this was not the case. In the drive thru less than 5 cars and it took over ten minutes just to order then after ordering and simple Grande Pike when I got to the window my order was wrong. The barsita implied I was wrong. Having a baby screaming in the car do to the wait I was left with no choice other to say, politely«I can’t wait and have a nice day.» This is a isolated incident but as a loyal customer you should be aware when you leave a customer completely dissatisfied and frustrated, with no resource but Unilocal

I tend to go here a lot for it is sort of convenient on the way to work. Other locations are a bit more convenient for less time at stop lights, but I do find I frequent this location a lot. The people are friendly, but they don’t have any other options for soy milk but one. How about some Almond milk, or coconut milk… something other than soy? Also, not a fan of their food. pricey and the fact that it comes from packages… not the healthiest of stuff. Pricey for what you get I think. Their coffee is ok, and really that is the whole point. I’d prefer a… Stumptown or onefrom Whole Foods… which is organic, sustainable, and actually less expensive overall; however none are open that early and/or are convenient/accessible on the way to work… so in a pinch Starbuckos it is! One other note. in case they see this. The layout of the store at this location, is a little awkward… people want to walk in on the left side, and though you have made it easier to walk to the right. it is still an awkward setting. I sat and did an observation of people’s behavior for a class, and noticed the walking patterns of people. Just sayin’ may want to re-think the layout a little bit.

About as good as any Starbucks. Hit the Drive-Through on a road trip to Salem OR. Really fast. Faster than normal and über friendly. The only real problem for this location is the traffic. This location is right by a Freeway On Ramp so during Rush Hour the traffic backs up past this locations main Entrance /Exit.

Typical Starbucks. Customer service wasn’t great last time I was there. One of the employees was very loudly talking about his love life and really making everyone there uncomfortable. Pretty unprofessional. Can be very loud at times.

I find the location to be wonderful! It’s right off of 205 and I stop in at least 2 times a week on my way to work. The people are very friendly and know many of there customers buy there first names.(My step mom, co-workers, and myself) They always have great attitudes and I like it when they wear sunglasses in the drive thru. Even though they more often than not have a long drive thru line, it’s worth waiting in and it always moves really fast. I’ve not been inside this location on more than 2 maybe 3 locations but was just as pleased with the service inside as I have been on the outside.
