Ordered online at 10:20pm, my estimated delivery time was 12:22am. At 12:30am I call to ask the whereabouts of my food and they say«Oh yeah, we’re just about to leave with that order.» I live 2 miles away. The only reason I ordered delivery is because it’s icy outside. At 1:00am they called me to say they can’t deliver my food because of the ice. It took you 2.5hours to figure that out? It’s been icy all day, but suddenly it’s too icy. Next time I’ll just walk in the ice to another establishment because I’d get the food sooner.

This sit-down Pizza Hut down at 1279 Molalla Ave closed a few months ago. This review is about the new carry-out/delivery only location that opened at 19273 Molalla Ave Oregon City, OR97045, but Unilocal has not yet added that new location, so it looks like this review will go here for now. The first couple times I tried them, things were fine. I miss the drive-thru for carry-out, and the parking lot at this strip mall is so poorly designed that it should win an award, but my pizza was ready as promised, it was baked well, and the staff was great. But I had a horrible experience here last night. I ordered a pizza in advance online. I picked 7pm to be the time it would be ready. I arrived at 7:01pm, and the video status display showed my pizza as being in cutting, and would be ready in 1 minute. I paid, and the barely alert staffer at the register looked up at the display, and told me it would be a minute. I noticed that there were a number of other people also waiting in the lobby, and then I noticed that nearly all of the numerous entries on the status board were in cutting with 1 minute to go. The employee at the counter disappeared into the back, and we didn’t see anyone for twenty minutes. Finally, one of the other customers who had been waiting longer than I had decided to take matters into their own hands, and walked to the back of the store. A different staffer ushered him back to the lobby, and looked at the status board, got our names, and came back to tell us all that our pizzas were just coming out of the oven. That means my pizza which was supposed to be ready at 7pm had not even been started when they took my money, and told me it would be just a minute. I finally got my pizza at 7:25. I could have canceled my order, and driven to Domino’s, and they would have gotten me a finished pizza sooner. To add insult to injury, when I got the pizza home I discovered that the top of the dough was still raw, and the tomato sauce was cold. The crust had a little bit of gold coloring, and the cheese was partially melted, but essentially, my 25-minute late pizza was only half-baked, and I needed to re-bake it at home. Despite the previous visits that were not problem-riddled, there were just too many problems, and nothing that was done right this time. I cannot excuse the performance on this visit in any way, and it’ll be a long time before I try this Pizza Hut location again.

I have ordered from this store for my family many times and have never been disappointed. The employees when I was there were all working hard to give the customers what they ordered. Our orders were done in a timely fashion and exactly what we ordered.

This Pizza Hut has no respect for their costumers and they never get my order correct. They always mess up! When I have them a call, to let them know that they messed my order up. They would respond with, «oh you ordered it on the crust» after I specifically asked them to put the garlic butter on the side. They have done this repeatedly. I honestly love Pizza Hut but this one location is the worst customer service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. My advice order your pizza from another Pizza Hut because that’s what I am going to do from now on!!! If I could pick zero stars I would…

I wish I could give this no stars. What a terrible establishment. I ordered pizza from them last night because I’m moving into my house in Oregon City. Ordering pizza is just what you do for your movers! Not only did I have to order from an answering service in Kansas… we waited for 90 minutes for a pizza. While 5 people stood around and waited instead of going to get another load of stuff, I called the ‘call center’ 3 times. I got put on hold and Hung up on numerous times before being offered $ 3 off my pizza. When the delivery boy finally got there and called the store it came from(1.9 miles from my house) they said I had to pay for it or they weren’t delivering it. I could have driven there and back 20 times in 90 minutes except the ‘call center’ kept ensuring me that they were on their way! Don’t waste your time or money on this ridiculous place of ‘business’.

We decided to try the any size $ 10 pizza, but for me it is simply not worth it. I would rather have gotten Papa Murphy’s and cooked it myself. The pizza was greasy and the crust was so-so. Either the pizza has gone downhill at Pizza Hut or my tastes have changed because it just isn’t what I remember.

I ordered my food online and went through the drive thru to get it. The employee was nice and said they were a little backed up and it would be 10 more minutes. I ran across the street to Safeway and came back in 12. Again, she was apologetic and asked for another 7minutes. When I finally got my food, I was sad to see my breadsticks were a little on the burnt side and my pizza crust was soft. *sigh* Then again, it’s a chain and was a good price.
