First the positive. I really like the recent remodeling they have done and the waitress was very friendly. I found their Phở(beef) to be a good size portion but very bland and overall disappointing. My husband’s yellow curry had a nice flavor but was served extremely hot both in temperature and spice level. Even though he ordered it at a level 1 it had to be closer to a 3 – 4. We even questioned whether it was prepared right and it was. The best part were the salad rolls but they need to serve more peanut sauce with it. Sadly we will probably not return here.

The drinks and happy hour selections was great! Highly recommend beef stew and calamaris! Warning, there will be a burning sensation from the wasabi. Proceed with caution.

FOOD: Had a family birthday dinner here. Tried the beef and chicken phở. Also cold vermicelli noodles with pork, eggrolls and shrimp. Was OK. I personally liked their chicken phở the best out of the dishes we ordered. STAFF/SERVICE: Very nice and friendly. RECOMMENDS: Good for a quick bite, but for real good bowl of phở head to Tan Tan!

I had lunch there yesterday and to my surprise the food was amazing. The phở is breathtaking, felt like the phở from the streets of Vietnam. The aromas were of magical seasonings and the side vegetables were fresh. Price is cheap and I ordered the pad kee mao to go and that was also tasty. I give Phở Thi 2 thumbs up for cleanliness, superb customer service and authentic accuracy in flavorings. Keep it up guys as I will see you soon!

The first time I came here I ordered phở with all tripe. They didn’t bat an eye. I like it that they encourage you to customize your phở. The second time I ordered the pad kee mow, medium spicy. It had a good amount of kick just to keep it from being too bland or sweet. My husband ordered the green curry also medium spicy but it was way too spicy. You couldn’t taste anything but the heat. It was baffling that the spice levels would be so off for the same table. Fortunately we do prefer spicy food over bland so we’ll give it another try and see what medium actually means.

Much improved. Phở is awesome. Salad rolls are some of the best and now they have added bubble tea. I am very happy that they are back on their game and turning out good food. For a while there the consistency was gone.

This place is pretty good. Very convenient location. I really have to adjust my expectations on Phở when in OR., because it just is not the same as where I come from(OR. is very expensive and the servings are small). I left Phở Tai happy though. Their egg rolls taste like Chinese egg rolls. Baby friendly.

I haven’t had good phở since moving from Seattle… until I came here! Service is fast and friendly, prices are comparable, and the food is fabulous. I will be coming back often!

I have been in twice and this restaurant is highly recommended. The salad rolls are always freshly made and delicious. The peanut sauce is the perfect compliment. I have enjoyed the phở every time. One of the most flavorful broths in town. Quick and efficient service all at a very fair price.

Awesome place for lunch — their chicken phở is fresh, made with white meat, and delicious. The spring rolls are wonderful, as is the yellow curry. I haven’t had anything I don’t like. For Oregon City, it’s a major accomplishment.

Food here is fantastic(salad rolls, pad Thai, drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice, phở). Servers are friendly. In my opinion, they close too early(8pm) and aren’t open on Sunday. But it won’t keep me from eating there.

Phở Thi serves up sub-par southeast Asian food. The curries are flat. The stir fries lack in flavor. None of the ingredients really seem that great of quality. Also, service is pretty dang slow. But I have eaten here a few times, because downtown Oregon City doesn’t have much going on and the prices are good. The thing is,(and it took me a few visits too many to realize this) I get really sick every time I eat here. I’ve been a vegetarian for over a decade, and so my digestive tract has lost its meat-eating powers. My Phở Thi induced stomach pains make me very dubious that the vegetable entrees are actually prepared with meaty things(like chicken broth, perhaps?) Whatever the culprit, I consistently feel terrible after dining here. If you’re into meat, this probably won’t be a problem for you. But for all you vegheads out there, proceed with caution.

Just went here for dinner last night. Truthfully I can only speak for 2 things on the menu. Salad rolls pretty average but I like them, as does my wife especially(peanut sauce that comes with them — 5 stars) and then the Phở. Oh my… such good Phở. The broth here is wonderful and they bring a good size plate of add ins too. Bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño ect. Decent prices I think. I have seen others knock other things on the menu and I don’t have experience with those, but if you come to a phở place, get the phở! Especially here, its awesome!

This place was alright. I ordered their rice plate with pork, shrimp, and eggrolls. The portions were small and didn’t really do much for me than made me full. The shrimp were tiny and had I paid more attention to how fishy and limp it was, I would have prevented myself from being sick. But I was starving and half mad from not eating all day.
