Second time I have noticed (and I RARELY shop here) that I didn’t get the advertised price at the register. The only competitive prices they have are on sale items and you have to really pay attention that you get that price. Unacceptable. The only reason they get 3 stars is because their staff is amazing. Absolutely small town friendly every time I have ever been there. Seem to be happy people that are willing to help customers in anyway and I do value that more than they probably know. :)

This Albertsons has positioned itself as a convenience store with the prices to go along with it. They have most things you want… but not everything. The store is never packed… there is never any waiting. Most people go to Fred Meyer or Safeway, both down the street, for their full grocery shopping. Honestly I’m not sure how they can stay open with that type of competition. Their only competitive advantage is proximity to the neighborhood across the street… and as I stated, serves most as a convenience store for a quick stop for under 8 items. They are nice to have so close… but I won’t be suprised if they fold.
