Lousy from start to finish… Receptionists NEVER answer the phone, they behave like you are unimportant and wave you away. You wait in the very least an hour past your appt time to be seen… Then when you are seen youre rushed and then sent away… This place stinks!

Awful service t takes 3 months to get an appointment, they do not pick up the phone you can only leave voice mails messages which go largely ignored. this outfit gets 1 star because the service is absolutely horrible, Its a shame because the doctors are good, in all fairness this is probably why they are so busy they just cant service their clients.

Do not go here!
My husband and I recently went here for routine checkups after moving to the area. We waited 3 months for an appoint, which wouldn’t normally bother me. However, once we arrived, my husband waited an hour and a half for his appointment and I waited an hour for mine. We were both on time.
The doctor prescribed something for my husband that made his condition worse. It took him two weeks to recover. I was convinced he should go back to get a different medication until more problems began to occur.
I had a biopsy done on a questionable mole– as per the doctor’s orders. They told me to wait ten days and I would get a phone call with the results. The post-​operation slip clearly stated not to call before 3 weeks time to get results– of course I listened. I waited three long weeks unknowing if something was wrong or not until I finally gave in and called. Of course, my results were in and no one called me to tell me. In fact, I doubt anyone would have ever called me.
A few days ago I got a large bill for the lab work. I called my insurance (they are wonderful and never give me ANY problems) and asked why the large bill. I was told it was an out of network lab. You can imagine my surprise because before I left the office the day of my biopsy, I confirmed with them that they would send my pathology to an in-​network lab. They confirmed by assuring me all of their labs were in-​network.
There are plenty of dermatologists out there and I will not be going back here. I strongly urge you to reconsider before making an appointment here.

They take my insurance… It pretty much ends there. I would see if you can find a better place.
