busy, I get it. Staff was friendly but made our drinks cold. When we approached them, all they said was «I made it hot.» never offered us a replacement, nothing. RUDE

This is the best Starbucks in Orange. I’ve been coming here almost daily for months. The staff is quick, friendly, and goes out of their way to make sure drinks are made correctly — and perhaps most important, that the customer is happy.

I came here yesterday on my lunch break for an iced tea. The service at this location is remarkably slow. The baristas are far too busy talking among themselves to notice anything else. I waited about 8 minutes for my pre-​made iced tea.
Especially on a lunch break in a busy healthcare location, the baristas need to value their patrons’ time a little better.

Located in the Town & Country center, next to US Bank and across the parking lot from Fresh & Easy, this is a really conveniently located Starbucks. It’s in a great spot to stop at in the morning, and it’s not too busy in the evenings after work. Smallish interior, but they have outside seating on both sides of the store.

I love their staff! Friendly and know how to make delicious drinks. I’m a big Starbuck fan and have tried several around my area. Hands down, this Starbucks if the best. Julia, Ashley and Todd are awesome!!! Thank you guys for awesome ice coffee!

My favorite starbucks in the area. It’s a bit far from work but totally worth the drive. The baristas are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They get my order right every time. They make me feel welcome and always greet me with a smile. Even though I have two other locations closer to work I’d rather go to this one not only because they make the best drinks but because they truly make it a great starbucks experience.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations!!! The customer service is always amazing!!! To me that means a lot! I literally live across the street from another Starbucks but I refuse to go there because they are so rude. I rather drive to this location just to get my coffee with a warm hello and a smile.

All of the employees at this Starbucks are very friendly. This is a small location and is café only. It’s not too buy unless you come in during a rush in the morning and even then, baristas move quickly and it is faster than many Starbucks I’ve been too

This starbucks has a friendly staff and great atmosphere. But yesterday was a big disappointment, I went on my break to grab some drinks, when leaving I noticed that my drink was cold. It felt like they didn’t bother to warm it up. I didn’t have time to go back either. Great place, they just gotta watch what they are making more closely

This is one of my favorite Starbucks that I go to almost every morning before work and school and sometimes it could be a long line but even with a long line and never fails that they always have me in and out within the 10 minute period. The customer service is always so great they’re super friendly and I love it when I come inside there always smiling. Their breakfast sandwiches are so good I try not to get them cause I don’t want to spend more money only on coffee but when I do get those breakfast sandwiches they’re so good I have tried each and everyone of him and there’s not a bad one in the bunch. If you’re the type of person that gets full of very little I would suggest you trying them but if you need like a big plate of food to get filled I suggest you not get them because then it would be a waste of your money.

This location is okay. It’s kind of small and sometimes smells a little funny. It never seems clean. The baristas are always nice but they seem to be a little slower making drinks thank other locations. There is plenty of parking in the lot. The food and coffee are always consistent. Just the ambiance of this location isn’t as comfortable as other locations.

I have only sat in here at a table once, and I will say that seating can be limited during busy times.
That being said, I just about always take my drink to go. The baristas are pretty nice. It’s not as busy of a location compared to most Starbucks around the area, and it’s kept pretty clean. My drinks are usually pretty well-​made, and I haven’t had any issues that I can recall.

Plenty of tables inside and shares outside tables with other food places around it. Drinks are made pretty slow compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. Service is just okay… not as friendly, but they aren’t rude or mean.

Starbucks. Some of the employees are bright, friendly and alert, even at 5:30 when I arrive in the AM. The drink menu is consistant and now that I know how to order their drinks it works for me. I’m finding coffee to be a diminishing return, so that’s problematic because I need a consistent energy source and this really isn’t it.
They don’t always remember the cup discount. The drinks are sometimes wrong, but that’s human error for you.
All-​in-​all, for a places that pushes a socially acceptable drug, its OK.

The parking is plentiful at this one. The inside is quite small with a few comfy chairs and tables. The service and my iced grande vanilla soy latte was good like usual. Starbucks is not the best, but they are consistent.

I come to this Starbucks whenever we happen to eat at Cha Thai down the way. It’s in the same plaza and my friend SS and I always stop by before heading back to work. Service has always been friendly and I always get a good drink.
It’s a much smaller Starbucks than most others, so most tables are taken around lunch time, whenever I happen to be there. Other than that, it’s as good as Starbucks can be, right?
