My experience has been very poor with this group and with the primary care and specialist I chose due to the quality healthcare reputation of St. Joseph’s. After consulting as a new, private PPO insurance patient, and being unable to get response from either doctor during a painful infection, I reached out to the medical group customer service three times. My final call resulted in a conversation with a manager who was more concerned with scolding me than addressing the question of whether there might be other doctors in the group who would be more responsive. Very scary and disappointing. I’ve moved on.
