Neelu is the best! I am very fussy about my eyebrows but I leave happy every time I visit her. She makes it easy and painless. I am glad I found her.

Neela is an expert at making eyebrows behave. She is also gentle, which is a big plus when you’re lying flat on your back in a dentist’s chair, letting someone take a thread to your chin.
The salon has a clear sign out front, if you’re looking for it. Otherwise, it’s tough to find. Just look for the mariachi place in Orange, and then go left. :)
What I liked most about my experience was that the staff were friendly and efficient, and the prices were great. I was in an out in under 10 minutes. I didn’t have any lasting redness or irritation. I just looked like I had a beauty expert on my team, which is true. I would definitely go back. No appointments needed.

Neelu does such a great job at threading most places hurt and leave you irritated and red but not with her even if you have sensitive skin AND they fill them in!!! She is very friendly as well I have been recommending people and they love her!

Neelu has been doing my eyebrows since I was 18 and I won’t ever go to anyone else. She is the best at what she does, she is extremely nice and her shop is very clean. She is very thorough and she takes her time with all of her clients, it doesn’t matter if she has 20 people waiting, if you are in her chair she will take all the time she needs on you without being rushed.

Says she opens at 10 am. It’s now 11:45 and I’m here and it is closed and spoke to a lady when it opens and the lady told me the owner comes late sometimes. Not very professional to have business hours and not be here.

I needed a new threading salon after the one I used to go to gave me very poor customer service. I found Shingaar through Unilocal,and I found Neelu to be excellent. I had my full-​face threaded, and for anyone who has not had that service before, let me tell you it can be painful. Neelu, however, was very thorough and fast and she made it as painless as possible. I am so pleased with the results, and I’m going to go back to her again! I’m also sending my mom and sisters to her!

Love the shape! I forgot her name but she’s excellent, & super nice. Last time I spilled water all over the floor and she acted like it was no big deal, but I still felt bad. $ 10 for both eyebrows

Neelu Dhillon is the owner of Shingaar Salon. The salon is behind McDonalds and between a large tattoo place. Neelu is a MASTER at threading and she really knows what she is doing. Neelu is consistent and looks at your face carefully to get the correct frame for the brows. My daughter refuses to let anyone but Neelu touch her eyebrows now because she has had really bad experiences with wax burns and another gal destroyed her eyebrow shape. When my daughter leaves Neelu’s salon, her eyes look so beautiful. Amazing what a properly shaped eyebrow will do to your whole face.
I’ve been to a few other places including Ziba who really messed up my eyebrows once and another time an inexperienced gal pinched my skin at Ziba. It took me about a year to grow out my bad Ziba experience until I found Neelu. Neelu is very sweet and kind, and her prices are pretty good considering her experience. She also does make up, while others in her salon do hair and nails.
