Beware of your contract. They screw you over on the conference room hours, how are you suppose to run a business without conference room? This is ridiculous.

I’ve been here for over a year and Mayra, the manager, has been outstanding about providing personal attention to all the tenants here. She’s very approachable and she will help you out if you have any problems with your office, questions about the lease, or issues with the temperature of your office. I’ve asked her, on several occasions, to help me adjust the air conditioning in my office and she accommodated my request every time. Overall, the office space is affordable and the conference rooms are great. The space makes my clients feel comfortable and at the end of the day, that’s all that really matters.

If you are looking for a nice, professional and quiet location for your business, this might be the place to go. The building has improved a lot since the General Manager Tanya Phillips took over. She has made improvements to the building and continues to make it a better work environment. The receptionists are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful with the business’s customer service needs. This place is recommended.
