Unlike other Palm Beach Tan locations, I’ve had issues with the temperature of the beds here.
The staff is friendly enough. The first time my bed didn’t warm I let the manager know. She took note but didn’t offer to compensate for the cold bed.
The second time I complained over the phone and was offered a free upgrade. This was a nice gesture, but the thing is that the upgrade was a waste because the bed STILL didn’t warm.
I think I’ll stick to other Palm beach tan locations.
3stars because I can’t speak for their spray tanning, and because the staff is nice. Bad equipment tho.
