I avoid eating here because transients litter themselves in the driveway seeking handouts as you leave the drive thru…

It’s noon on the dot, I’m standing in the only line that is open. They have people standing, and some working. The people are extremely nice, but I would of thought at lunch time, on a Saturday, they would have more lines open, and pumping the people out. Just my thought

I’m surprised I haven’t written a review for this McDonald’s yet. Right by my house so this is my go to location. Food comes out pretty quick. I come here for the Big Mac, McChicken, Cheeseburger, and Fries. Workers are a hit or miss. I’ve had super friendly workers take my order that smile and ask if there’s anything else I need. I’ve had workers who don’t even smile or say anything after they’ve given me my order. They’ve never messed up my order though so that’s all that matters?

I stayed away from this place for several months and I just went back. I am happy to say that it seams like they finally pulled their heads out of their asses. I will not go so far to say they have but at least they are improving. My issue has always been the lousy service and the piss poor attitudes. Two days in a row no less the service was very good. It was quick and everything was smooth. I will go back a few times over the next couple months to see if this was a fluke or if indeed they finally got it. To McDonalds, thank you for your efforts they are apparent. Keep it up and you will see more stars appearing.

+ Quick and friendly service + Orders have always been correct This place has never failed me. I’ve come here for years. sometimes with friends, sometimes alone. Every single time, I’ve received quick and great service. I remember my friends and I would stay here late into the night, just playing cards after our basketball session at the park nearby. The manager would ask us what we’re up to, and we told her what was going on. She said that didn’t mind us staying there at all, as it’s better we are in there than maybe doing bad things on the street. Ever since that day, I’ve come to like this McDonalds. and do go there every now and then. Maybe not as often as I used to, but when I do go here, it’s always nice to stay and hang out. As weird as it may sound. to hang out at a McDonalds, this place is the place to be. Overall, 5⁄5.

This review is not mainly for the food, in fact, the food earned itself two stars because I was craving a Sausage McMuffin and Egg. Probably not good for me, but I needed it in my life at that very moment. I also took an order for one of my co-workers who at the time was craving 4 cheeseburgers. I know, that sounds amazing. This review is mainly because when I ordered through the drive-thru, the change given back to me was way off, and they ended up giving my buddy’s 4 cheeseburgers to the car in front of me. Fundamental mistakes were made, and I was displeased. –3 Stars.

I went today to try the buttermilk chicken sandwich it’s $ 4.59 on the menu. I order it with extra mayonnaise. no mention at the speaker that that cost exra. I pay and realize it must be wrong somewhere as $ 5.46 would be more than just tax added. I look at the receipt. 25 cents extra. I ask and extra mustard, extra pickle, extra ketchup cost nothing extra, just mayonnaise. Ok weird. First tell people if something costs extra rather then hoping the don’t notice and what a weird bsuiness practise. Do I get a disocunt if i say no mayo? Hardly.

Consistently disappointing. First of all, most recently, while every other McDonald’s serves breakfast all day, this place does not. Drive through service is consistently disappointing as well. As I sat to ponder why this place doesn’t serve breakfast past 10:31, I recall all the times this place screwed up my order. I’m going to punch myself in the face the next time I think to eat here.

This McDonald’s is great when it comes to drive thru. 100% recommend but make sure you check your order before you go because they do tend to get your order wrong from time to time. Now for the inside I would not recommend at all. Employees are very rude and uninviting. They seem to have plenty of staff but they seem to not want to work or do anything. No smiles or welcoming of guests. Manager doesn’t seem to care either because they act like this in front of them and nothing is ever said or corrected. So if you want to visit this place just go thru the drive thru.

I decided to visit McDonald’s at lunch time and use the internet. I am also on hold with a business trying to reach a customer care representative. I think I got around 4 hours sleep the night before… so I was just tired as tired can be and I dozed off for like 5 minutes. Than I am awaken by Melissa(the manager) who knocks really loud and repetitively on my table and says with a rudely disdained voice, «Wake up! I can’t have people sleeping here.» I am not homeless, well dressed, live in a good neighborhood with my wife and 3 kids. And I was still on hold with the business when I awoke. Its called discretion! You don’t want to run your customers out of your restaurant, just because they are a little sleepy, having a bad day, etc. etc. etc. I was a patron of McDonald’s and just spending just a little bit of time using the internet when I dozed off. If I was such the bother in that 5 minutes, I think a better approach would be to politely come to my table and say, «Excuse me sir, you are not allowed to sleep here. Thank you.» Although, I think the magical word called«discretion» could have been used. It just seemed like Melissa acted like the Gestapo and take action at first notice of something that looked off or wrong. Have some sympathy, have some common sense, have some discretion! However, seeing that this McDonald’s has a nasty Unilocal review with lots of comments by unhappy customers, it seems quite apparent that this McDonald’s management and its crew treat their customers poorly. Isn’t it the job of a business to keep customers happy and coming back again and again. Lastly, I want to point out the Hispanic cleaning lady that came by my table and picked up my newspaper ads without me asking and was going to throw them away in the trash when I told her, «Can you put those back down! I am not done with them.» This lady speaks no English at all, but I made sure I pointed to the ads and made sure she put them down on the booth, where they resided. She had the most nasty frowny face on that you can possible imagine. A very unhappy worker and during my entire visit at this McDonald’s, she just glared at me and gave me that even eye with a very frowny face. I am guessing that this McDonald’s is a miserable place to work at and I venture to say that the management treats their employees horribly. In addition, I received a call from Ed, who is the regional manager of this McDonald’s and he informs me that all employees are to wake up any customer who is sleeping and ask them to leave. Although, I was not asked to leave, this policy sucks for those hard workers, college students, and the like who just so happen to crash for a couple of minutes are so. Ed was very defensive and try to explain away his bus lady’s actions and try to put the blame on me for dozing off. There was no sympathy from Ed at all, other than your typical, «I’ll talk with my staff.» Keep in mind Ed, there is a good reason why you guys have such a low rating on Unilocal. In fact, thanks to my conversation with Ed, I shall leave poor ratings on all online rating sites about this specific McDonald’s!

I came with 3 kids. Of course they want Happy Meals. Each wanted something different. The cashier seemed in shock. I had to go over the order 2 or 3 times until she seemed to have it right. And 2 girls and 1 boy, toy-wise. So, 2 boy toys(sounds racy!) and 1 girl. Ok. We get that switched and made right. Oops. You wanted a cheeseburger? With cheese? Let’s fix that. Here she inserts a pice of cheese in the burger and sends the kid back. Wow. And the place was filthy. I couldn’t empty my tray, as the cans were overflowing. Floor was dirty. Yuk. I just ended up leaving everything on a table. Too bad, as this location looks to have been recently renovated, with nice booths and all. But I couldn’t get past the filth.
