Terrible service we were ubering and got dropped off here to get food & the bitch pretended like she didn’t see us & kept ignoring us through the window, somebody needs a attitude adjustment, ummhhhh excuse me … You chose a job in retail ! Someone needs to fire those ladies because they obviously don’t deliver customer service and they are extremely rude and mean girl ish ! Honestly never will I return to this place, it’s dead to me! So sad I have to even give 1 star

This Jack in the Box has excellent service and has many new features. Fireplace, Soda Coke Touchscreen Machine, and even all sauces on a pump! I always have a great time eating here

Very Bad Experience with this location. I won’t even bother to go to this place anymore. Was so excited to receive a text from Jack in the Box for a free burger. Placed my order and while waiting for my order… i was asked how did i received this coupon. I said, I got a text message from your company link. Then he stated that«his manager» told him not to accept any coupon through text and a email is needed. Then i told him, on the link it gave me the option to choose«email» or «text». If your location don’t take this coupon by text… then PLEASEPUT A SIGNSTATEDIT!!~~ ITMAKEITSOUNDLIKETHISIS A COUPONSCAM! The guy didn’t really apology or anything and just walk away. .what kind of customer service is this… i didn’t even get a chance to ask if i can talk to the manager. no wonder this place is EMPTY!!!~~ Oh well. and guess what. I drove to another Jack and they were so happy to offer me the free burger with no issue.

Had a horrible experience with Luis in the drive thru! I ordered a double jack, which I had the coupon for. He stated that his«manager» would not accept the coupons through text. He needed an email coupon. I proceeded with paying, asked for EXTRA onions, drove all the way home. I checked the official website and it says that coupon ISVALIDTHROUGHEMAILANDTEXT! So I continued to open my items, it didn’t have onions ATALL! I checked the receipt, it was noted so I called. Low and behold he answers, I ask for the manager and he says he’s the manager. I asked his name and he says its LUIS, the same name on the receipt! I asked if he remembered me from the drive thru with the coupon, he said he did and I told him what happened after I got home. All he said was«sorry.» He didn’t offer for a new one, he didn’t seem apologetic at all! It’s not rocket science but seriously this is the worst customer service with a fast food joint! I think fast food employees should pass a test or something! Trust that I will contact corporate with all my proof! This is shameful!

I got food poisoning eating here! I ordered the tacos and woke up really sick. I got fever, body aches, diarrhea, and was constantly throwing up. Stay away.

Customer service on most nights is terrible. Although there is one nice lady(can’t remember her name). All the other people really should get fired. They are rude, and incompetent. Also they used to be 24 hours but at least 1 out of every 3 times we would go they would be closed. Now they’ve changed thier hours on the window to say they close at 3am eventhough it’s still listed as 24 hours on most things I’ve checked.

JITB never change. I just hoped that they would improve for the better but it turns out that they are still the old silly jack in the box. burgers are still the same, The mini cakes was new to me, not good compair to iHops but I guess its okay good. Also the place was well cleaned, I like the decors and the ambiance.

Sitting at the drive-thru, buddy pulls a coupon only to be told it wasn’t valid. Then she makes us go around the drive-thru again and wait that much longer. Guess it’s too much to ask for decent service at this place. All we wanted were some free curly fries, times are tough. People are poor, the struggle is real. I’m gonna have a talk with Jack

Cleanest jack in the box I’ve every been to. Pretty cool décor an ambiance for a jack in the box… There was a fireplace in there! At the end of the day it was still an average jack in the box with the same ol fast food that you get at all the other ones. *sigh*

The grilled sourdough bacon cheeseburger is so dang tasty. It is hard sometimes to choose something else. The ultimate cheeseburger is also very good but their tacos are the bomb.

Worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. I ordered a Buttery Jack Classic via drive-thru. Girl in the speaker was barely audible because she kept mumbling. She handed me a soda with a loose lid, causing it to spill all over the inside of my car. When I got back to my class a few blocks away, I realized they gave me the wrong sandwich… Buttery Jack Bacon & Swiss. I had a heavy breakfast so I really wanted that extra lettuce and tomatoes for a fresher tasting burger, not a super meaty burger. Not what I wanted and I’m truly disappointed.

No Wi-Fi? in 2014 no Wi-Fi I do not get it. This place started out good but fell quickly. Often times the food is not to order. I do not know why but they drench the hamburger patties in pepper, flavor I guess but it is gross. The last three times I went there the counter person seemed mad and has a poor disposition. Overall I would go elsewhere that is what I have done.

The drive thru box is always hit or miss. sometimes they cant hear you and sometimes you cant hear them… aside from that they havent gotten my order wrong and they do have friendly workers. Its a newer jacks so everything looks organized, clean, and welcoming. The silver dollar pancakes for a dollar is my go to bfest… cant go wrong with that. And their oreo shakes are always the best. Good consistency and great taste.

This Jack sports a clean new design including a fireplace(have yet to see it on) TV, and ample table space in the dining room(bench, standard, bar, and high tables available). A huge plus is the self serve condiment area which has Ketchup, Ranch, and Hot Sauce available via counter top pumps(no need to feel embarrassed by asking for 10 packets for your 1 item LOL). To top it off, Free WiFi. Great place for a relaxing breakfast. As for service, greetings are important to this team along with a noticeable desire to serve. I’ve only visited this location for breakfast; however, I was impressed by the fact that orders are often brought directly to the table when ready. As well, I’ve noticed the staff offer to clear trays when finished(might be during the slow periods, nonetheless, great personal service). Just an observation, turnover seems very low at this location as I have seen the same staff since opening(over a year I believe), nice to see familiar faces(huge compliments to the management and ownership for building loyalty amongst the ranks and keeping the staff happy, it shows). As for the food, always great, for breakfast my favorites are the Hearty Bowl, Meaty Burrito, and the Breakfast Jack(not all at the same time LOL) all of which have always been super tasty and made to order. A plus to Jack is that every things is made fresh once ordered so you’ll shouldn’t receive anything that was sitting under a heat lamp. The wait is longer than usual but well worth it in my opinion. There are a couple of downsides worth mentioning. Drive-Thru: Due to the fact that the order box is literally next to the freeway, heavy traffic noise makes hearing the order taker difficult. Entrance: Overshooting the entrance can be a problem depending on what direction your coming from. *TIP When driving eastbound on Chapman Avenue(from UCI Medical Center), be sure to be in the far right lane going under the 5 Freeway as the first driveway past the freeway is for Jack, miss it and you’ll be parking in the Denny’s lot and walking over.
