In-N-Out Burger

This location is always hoppin’. It’s best to go during off hours or else you could face waiting in the drive thru line for half an hour as the back up is substantial. The food is great as anyone who lives in So Cal knows. Animal style fries always have me coming back.

Love all of these places. I have never been to one and had a bad experience. Just goes to show, if you pay your employees good money, you will get great results from them. This place is bumping all the time.

Decided to get lunch around 1:30 today and the line was huge ! However it went way faster then we expected and our food was hot and delicious as always. I always go to this location even though it is further then the location by my house.

We have enjoyed In and Out in the past at several different locations, but its going to take us quite a while to return to this one in Orange. One day we went there and half way through the meal a woman came in rather quietly with her dog on a leash. I went up to the counter and asked if they could have the woman leave and a young girl of, I’m guessing, around 18 talked to the woman and tried to explain she could only bring service dogs in. The woman went out the door and promptly circled around to the other set of doors and skulked back in. She snuck into a booth and sat there looking around rather sheepishly because she knew she was full of crap. Two of the young woman employees stood around off to the side doing nothing and glancing around wondering if patrons would complain again. AT NO POINT in all this did I ever see a manager grow a set and intercede. I wrote to the corporate office and they called me back sending me some coupons. However, it was clear that the woman on the phone wanted the conversation to end and not have me continue discussing the matter. For her it was a closed matter.
It appears at this particular In and Out its open season on doing whatever you like. Bring in pets, walk in without a shirt, without shoes… hey, maybe just come in naked.

Everyone knows about in n out, so no detailed review needed here. They’re all pretty darn consistent with quality, taste, service and cleanliness. I’ve had hundreds of number ones in my life, but this particular in n out served up THE best one I’ve ever had tonight! Amazing! So delicious, the burger was perfectly cooked, the bun aptly toasted, and the fries golden perfection!

I been to alot of In and Outs and This particular one has the very best customer service and every employee is busting his or her butt off! Management take note! This store obviously knows how to run like a well trained team of hard workers. The cashier Zach helped me and he was polite and very helpful; furthermore, when no one was at the register needing help he would go help other workers or goto the eating area to clean up trash. In and Put has great burgers and fries but I go really for the outstanding service! Im very impressed. Thank you.

I’m giving In-​N-​Out Burger 5 stars not for this particular store but for the great customer service that I had just experienced.
Call them a few minutes ago to complain about the hardness of the fries (they were as hard as cookies) and burgers without the grilled onions that I had ordered (it was a To-​Go order so I can’t go back to the counter to complain). One thing I hadn’t expected was the immediate pickup by a LIVE customer service rep (none of that press 1 for this, press 2 for that, para Espanol oprima numero ocho, etc) and his friendliness towards me. I won’t go into too much details regarding our conversation but suffice to say that I hung up the phone after our conversation as a satisfied In-​N-​Out customer even though today’s meal was disappointing.

Some good and some really bad on last nights visit. My husband and I had burgers and fries. The burgers were great. The fries were mostly little pieces, less than an inch long (too short to dip in ketsup). I had water to drink and my husband had a chocolate shake (or at least what the call a chocolate shake). Neither of us are fussy eaters, but after sampling, I agreed it was the worst shake I’d ever tasted. It was not taste and had a undescribable consistency. It was very thick, but not very cold. A shake made with ice cream will be cold and melt. This shake maintained the same consistency. YUCK!!!

Its In-​N-​Out People, how shitty can it really be?

Quick and friendly service everytime we come! No complaints here :)
My usual order:
–Animal style hamburger or cheeseburger w/​extra lettuce, whole grilled onions, and chopped chili.
Recent discovery: Ask for WHOLE grilled onions instead of the chopped up grilled onions! (I heard the whole onions are alot more fresh than the chopped up ones)

I’m not the biggest In N Out fan in the world, admittedly, but when I end up in a city that has one we usually make a visit.
The ingredients are definitely fresher than most fast food places’, and the price is right– a cheeseburger is under $ 3 and a double-​double is under $ 4. Everything seems cooked to order. I’m a fan of the regular cheeseburger, with grilled onions and chiles. My husband likes the animal-​style double-​double and adds chiles as well. I’m not a fan of animal style burgers, but do like animal-​style fries. The shakes are good too, especially Neopolitan (a mix of strawberry, chocolate and vanilla).
I don’t quite get the hype– I wouldn’t drive far out of my way or wait for hours– but it’s always a pleasant stop.

NEVER did i think i would make a bad review about. In-​N-​Out. I never mind the long wait because its worth it ! So last night we went in and our cashier seemed pretty annoyed, she got our order wrong and once she took our receipt to show it to her supervisor she never returned it so we had no idea what number we were. I didnt want to ask her, so i asked another helpful worker.
Once we got our food. Have you ever complained about food being to hot !? Well our meat was ridiculously hot, we set our burgers down for a few minutes to let it cool but it still was the same. Not sure if it was over cooked but even once getting to the last bite it was uncomfortable to eat, and adding all the ketchup i did was not helpful either .

In N Out famously is known for serving up their one of a kind take on the «Classic American Burger!» Almost every Californian craves it regularly while the «Out of Staters» miss the simplicity but also the uniqueness of their incredibly fresh burgers and fries.
This location in my opinion is the BEST In N Out there is in Orange County. Quite a bold statement I know, but how can I not praise this place for stellar customer service, constant upkeep with their cleaning, and of course keeping their extremely long lines constantly moving to allow customers” In N Out” as quickly and satisfied as possible!
I’ve never once had an issue with this restaurant besides the fact that it is too addicting and everyone knows you can’t live on burgers. unless you’re wanting a heart attack as soon as possible. But if you’re willing to take that route, go for the double double with a side of their fresh cut Animal Style fries and a Neapolitan shake!

In and Out is what it is all about. Out of all the burgers under $ 6.00 In and Out Nails it perfectly every time. Nobody even comes close to the meaty, cheesy double double with grilled onions. I usually order mine with fried mustard, pickles and grilled onions or a grilled cheese. The hubsters goes animal style and my 4 legged pal likes the meat patty no salt.
Cheese fries extra crispy are some of the best fast food fries. Animal style adds some special sauce and grilled onions turning finger food into fork style fries.
Self serve coke product fountain with lemonade and iced tea. I usually opt for lemon water snd save my calorie intake for my burger.
Service inside this location is fast and friendly. Tables are usually clean. The drive thru sucks majorly. There is always a line. Be prepared to wait.

Somebody couldn’t decide between In-​N-​Out and Carl’s Jr. Being helpful as always, I told him to get In-​N-​Out because it’s good.
OK, I lied. I wanted to eat my poke bowl with In-​N-​Out fries and strawberry shake ;)
Friendly and fast service.
My fries and strawberry shake were gone in minutes along with my poke bowl. I know !! I am weird like that.

Its In-​N-​Out Burger. LOVE IT!!! Every location has a great staff, constant food and know how to place your order if you just yell it out in a panic cuz you want a burger! I need one inside my kitchen. :-)

This is definitely one busy spot but I love that they are on point with service. There is always someone outside taking orders for the drive thru walking the line of cars. Inside they are quick to have 3 registers open taking orders.
The drive thru has always been quick, even with a 15 car line up. They have never messed up our order and are generous with spread and ketchup. I always ask for the kids stickers and they always give me a stack.
As for the food I have always loved that the menu is strictly burger and fries! The burgers never disappoint and if you want a creamy shake they got it too! Can’t go wrong with a lemon up either, sprite and lemonade!

Located in the same plaza as the Chick Fil A. Place is always crowded. Plenty of tables inside and some outside. Have someone order your food while someone goes looking for a table!
I usually get a cheeseburger with grilled onions and well done fries. Ask for spread after they call your order so you could dip your fries in it! Food has never disappointed me and is made pretty quick.
Service has always been friendly too. Don’t be afraid to ask for something that you need!
