Talked a good game, then fell apart! At one point when I asked for an update, Dave completely melted down, yelling at me and threatening to take his workers away. He at no point even let me talk! As he continued to fly off, he became angrier, more delusional and rude! Because I actually haggled the price with him, he accused me of trying to cheat him! At NO time did he ever ask for a deposit in advance. After starting late and not keeping the promised time line, he asked for a deposit. I agreed, but my plane was delayed getting home. Again, he left me a rude message full of threats derogatory comments. When I pointed out some damage, he AGAIN became insanely angry and irrational. At completion, I called Dave and informed him I send an E-check from my bank that takes 5 – 7 business days. 4 business days after completion, despite never receiving a final bill, call, etc., I received a nasty letter from his wife threatening legal actions and collections. Obviously he doesn’t communicate well with her the facts and she too, Harbors the same anger management issues he has. Near the end, he made claims that the city inspector wanted plumbing and electrical issued corrected before final inspection. He said he knew good guys who could do the work for me fast and cheap. When I had a friend who worked in the city inspectors office look into this, it turns out these claims were false! Probably just a scheme to make money! After he cashed my final check, I discovered a problem his guys covered up! When demoing the walls, 12 – 18 inches over a 6 square foot area under our patio had no supporting soil. This put our patio at risk of collapsing. How do you think Dave responded? Yup! He got angry, yelled and said he would allow me to talk down to him! He said there is no way his demo caused the soil to erode. He claimed his precision work digs perfectly straight down and could never have caused any damage to the underlying soil immediately adjacent to his work. Oddly enough, I have before, during and after photos of proving the dirt was there, but somehow«disappeared». His explanation was poor construction of my house and existing patio. He suggested I take it up with that contractor. He did say he would come by the next day to look at it with me and explain it better. Guess what? He never showed-up! At this point I was done! I paid a real quality professional to fix the problem. It was well worth it to be done with Dave! In the end the work got done, but I would have rather paid a little more for a professional, respectful contractor. The headaches he caused, the failure to stick to the time line and health risks this imposed on my 2 year old son mean nothing to him! Take this as future fair warning if you hire him. He may come in below your best bid, but it comes with a BIGGER price!

We contracted with Frisch & Sons for our swimming pool removal and were completely amazed and satisfied with their work. Everyday the crew arrived on time and even early and worked until late in the day. The job site was cleaned up each day with David keeping us updated on the progress. The time estimate was accurate for the job. On the last day the crew did an amazing job on the final phase, leaving our back yard ready for the next phase of our patio construction. We found their video on You Tube, to be very informative and helpful in our decision process to hire Frisch & Sons

Beware. This business fast talks, claims they are the best but at the end of the day they will not repair damage they caused. They take your pool equipment and resell it if it is any good., all your copper. keep it yourself they give u lots money at the recycle plant which i found out later, but they don’t tell u that. Fast talking. They are expensive for what they do. Their list of references is old. Their reviews are old, so beware. Have they put all your copper and other expensive metal to the side. rent a truck and make some of your money back. Sell them your pool equipment or to your pool guy!
