Copper Construction Foundation Repair

Snapshot of my review :
Nature of work: Earthquake Retrofit my home with a crawl space.
Bid/​quote: Seemed much reasonable than other company.
Initial inspection from Simon: Checked what kind of foundation I had, did a perimeter measurement and sent me an estimate.
Email Communication: Could be better! Verbal was ok but email was short without much description on what will be done and why it is proposed that way. I felt I had to do my own research, understand how it is done, what was planned and push for questions. I gave them the contract as I felt that they seemed to be on mark and cost was cheaper.
Work Crew: Anthony and the crew were professional and did great job.
Inspection: Passed but was informed 30 minutes prior that the inspector is arriving (At least a day notice is helpful)
Overall: Copper construction accomplished what was asked for but communication could be bit more smoother hence 4 *.

Was not at all satisfied with my experience with this company… I had an appointment for an inspection and the day before my appointment they called and cancelled on me and rescheduled me for a week later. I agreed and a week later I had an 11:30 — 12:30 appointment with an inspector and I get a call at around 12:30 saying that they would ONCE AGAIN have to reschedule me. I simply declined due to the fact that if they cannot even get an inspector out here, I would hate to see the kind of delays they have when the work begins. I am very disappointed with this sort of service and now I am two weeks behind on my repairs.
