Food was good. Only giving three because the kid in glasses taking my order was rude.

Heads up! Double fried gourmet fries? No way! Make sure you look over the counter when they fry your potatoes. I saw mine been double fried. Gross! Of course, I asked for my money back! Never back again. Waste of time.

Meat to roll ratio was very disappointing. Flavor was good. Fries were sad. Not cooked enough, not seasoned enough. The frozen fries at the supermarket are better than here. The food was definitely not worth my $ 12(got the combo)

I am a sucker for Philly Cheese Steaks and today was no exception. My friends and I were deciding on what to eat and when I saw Charley’s Philly Steaks, my mind was already made up. I really like the Charley’s Philly Steaks at Westminster Mall, so I was hoping the sandwiches at this location are similar. Today was a cheat day(similar to every other day), so my order consisted of a regular size Philly Cheese Steak, Cheese Fries and a Strawberry Lemonade. The Fries were delicious, especially with the hot cheese on top and the Strawberry Lemonade was refreshing. From past experiences, I would stay away from the Peach Lemonade, it was kind of bland. The sandwich was delicious as always. Most Philly cheese Steaks do not have lettuce or tomato, but this place does which was perfectly fine. The lettuce makes the meal look healthy even though it’s not.

Amazing ! The best Philly cheese steaks and chicken ever and the cheese fries are out of this world! Very nice quiet place where you can sit inside or out.

I can’t say I was in love with my cheese-stake, because it wasn’t that great. The employees are great! Extremely friendly! But the food just didn’t really do it for me.

I’ve eaten some things I’m not proud of. But I felt guilty(and not in a good way) for the entire duration of consumption of the philly cheese steak and chili cheese fries. Trying to bring it down with the overly sweetened peach lemonade(the chunks were just grossly cut and barely covered the bottom of that giant hummingbirds’ drink). The sandwich was cheesy but not in a fulfilling way cheese should make you feel. The«steak»(and the quotations are an understatement because I’m not even sure if it was meat) was dry and sparsely sprinkled inside the sandwich. I felt sad and grossed out with myself while eating this. Was not worth. Do yourself a favor and next time you’re craving a philly cheese steak, don’t half-ass it by settling for this place. Whole-ass it and get the real deal. This place shouldn’t even be an option. [Reader discretion advised because I too am feeling that I am getting overly emotional over this bad meal which should be expected because it’s a fast-food chain meal. And also, no offense for those who are okay with this place. It probably just wasn’t my taste.]

Man this place used to be one of my favorite steak sandwich locations. But I went over the past weekend and they discontinued their seasoning salt that they use. I mean how do you discontinue all the flavor of your product. What I got was one of the blandest tasting steak sandwiches I have ever had. And the same can be said for the fries. Instead they douse it with nasty looking bacon and nacho cheese. Just gross. Bring back the seasoning Charley!!!

I ordered a steak sandwich combo and I have to say that it was very delicious. Everything was very fresh and the whole meal was very tasty. The Staff were also very friendly. Expect to spend about $ 10 a meal, but I think it was worth it. I give it a 5 star for a fast food joint.

Disappointed. When i saw that this place was now a Charleys i was thrilled. Nothing to do with the Charleys. First off they do not have unsweet ice tea, WHAT? The bread is good, but the sandwich was off, especially the cheese. Was very disappointed. Then I noticed that on the cup the two Charleys are different. The original one is Charley’s Grilled Subs and this new one is Charleys Philly Steak. Will definitely stick with the original one.

I’m well aware that the food court at mainplace mall is filled with rather bad places to eat at, so I attempted to eat at the better of a bad bunch when I came here during lunch to do some shopping. I havent had a philly cheese steak in a long time. When I do want one i usually go to Phillys Best. This place is nothing like Phillys Best. It should be called Phillys Worst. I had the small cheesesteak. it was not impressive and shouldnt even be called a cheesesteak. it tasted ok but was mostly bread. not much meat in it. Only reason I ate here was that I was at the mall and had to eat something. Wont come back again.

Messed up my order and seemed put out when i asked them to fix it. The sandwich had half the meat you would expect from other places. To top it off, after paying around $ 11 for a combo, they wouldn’t give me a free refill for my soda. They wanted another $.75 Never going back

First time here and they majorly messed up my sandwich and my roommates. The guy taking the order put it in waaaaay wrong. I tried to correct him but he insisted it was right. When I got mine I had them redo it… The Memphis steak and bleu with no tomato. He asked if I wanted green peppers and onions… I said Yes. Apparently they translated that to no BBQ sauce and no green peppers. I’ll come again but maybe bring a translator to help me out.
