As a Brooklyn-​born and raised Caribbean woman, this place brings me great joy! It reminds me of Home-​cooked delights when visiting Flatbush in Brooklyn.
My favorite is the saltfish and bake with Mauby!
CONS: Their phone doesn’t work (it’s better to call and have them make it in advance to avoid waiting long)

Just ate here and the food is good quality, feels like your in a Trini momma’s kitchen. Try the Doubles, roti is good and the Palourie with some Tamarind sauce is nice treat.

Great trini food, best doubles in NJ. A wide variety of tasty dishes to choose from, not forgetting the Roti dishes, it’s like being in Trinidad away from Trinidad..

I just got back from Trinidad and was suffering from doubles withdrawal. This restaurant has great doubles and aloo pie! My cousin gave the goat roti two thumbs up. I wish they had more beverage options.
