It’s been a couple months that we have had an upgrade due on our phones but making the time to go down there and knowing that it will take a couple hours really didn’t push me to it sooner. I’m glad we went when we did because it was not busy at all and Nick provided great service which made our trip enjoyable. One thing I loved is that Nick wasn’t pushy about selling us extras. Sure he told us about promos they had, accessories, add ons and cable services but once we said no it wasn’t brought up again. He didn’t get bothered and was a pleasure to speak to. I’ve had other sales men be really pushy or shady about adding things and that always pisses me off. He explained our options thoroughly to us and helped us carry over info from our old phones. As we waited he offered us water bottles and chatted. It appears this store is not really known too well yet but I recommend it to AT&T customers in the area. Make sure to ask for Nick to help you!

Wireless store visits are usually painful, Ruben and his mgr here made me feel totally comfortable and took the time to walk me thru everything and make sure I was saving money on my monthly bill as I moved over to the best available plan. Very professional and fun loving group of guys and I truly enjoyed spending the time with them there; will always return to this store for any wireless needs — thanks Ruben! Love the new iPhone 6s and really appreciate the concierge level of service provided by Ruben as we walked through my needs and locked down a great number too!

AT&T is not that great for your cell phone or Internet, especially in Orange County. Recently switched to Verizon and have MUCH better service now. Never any dropped calls with Verizon but I had tons of drops with ATT on my iPhone and androids.

Great customer service. Been here twice and everyone so nice. Nick was so patient and amazing helping me with unifying my bills and restoring my service. Very helpful and professional. Thank you and so appreciative.

Terrible experience! Avoid phone, internet and TV service at all costs with AT&T. When and if you have technical issues it will be a miserable experience. If you still decide to sign-up make sure you very carefully check everything including personal information. Issues: 1. We were mislead in what we were signing up for. Conveniently this benefited the sales person. 2. We lost service for over 3 days straight soon after installation. Many lies and false promises that it would immediately get resolved. 10 plus hours dealing with this issue. 3. Installation date was delayed in order to transfer phone number. 4. We still didn’t get the number transferred on the delayed installation date, ultimately AT&T caused us to permanently lose the number we had for years. 5. Sales person assigned us email addresses and made up billing email addresses which took several hours to resolve later on. They got the sale so why care? 6. We were given manager and supervisor numbers that assured us of immediate support. They didn’t even return voice mails. 7. We reached out to AT&T’s social media team. They offered their assistance if we emailed them which we did. They never responded.
