Cody came out to give a estimate on a new lawn install. He was nice and we discussed plans for the new lawn. He said he would email the estimate in 1 or 2 days. This never happened. I left a message for him about it and asked him to call me back. He still has not called back or sent the estimate. I’m moving on, but this was very poor customer service.
