Mattress Firm Clearance

Great service and employee Kim Roberts went out of her way to help us find a mattress set for my mother. She made it affordable and easy to do business. Was very caring and courteous. No pressure. Would do business again with this store and recommend to others to go to that store.

After searching for a new mattress at multiple places for a week, this is where we finally made our purchase. The experience couldn’t have been better!
Let me first inform you that this is a Mattress Firm Clearance Center. I’m going to attempt to update the name with Unilocal,but who knows if they will change it or not. I wanted to point it out because there are at least 4 difference Mattress Firm stores I know of near the Orange Park Mall.
Because it’s a clearance center, you’re going to find mattresses at rock bottom prices. Really, really good mattresses. We purchased a King Sealy Posturpedic for $ 750 and it was originally $ 1900. Yes, we got a very, very good deal! It’s a pillow top and is about as soft as they come, which is exactly what I need for my bad back. I hear other people with the same back problems I have talk about needing a firm mattress; I guess I’m an oddball. But hey, every person is different, right?!
The only negative to the clearance center is that all purchases are final. No returns. So be absolutely positive about your purchase. Plop down on the bed for an hour if that’s what it takes, just do what you need to do to be sure it’s right for you.
Now I’ll talk about my experience. Kelly is the saleswoman who runs this particular Mattress Firm. She is very sweet, kind, and friendly. She answered all of our questions with confidence, she was able to make suggestions based on what I told her I liked and didn’t like, and she was never once pushy. I am horribly OCD, I ask a million questions, and I want what I want. She never once acted as if I was a problem (trust me, I know for a fact I can be), and she told me she was going to do whatever it took to find the bed I needed.
Kelly really went above and beyond in my opinion. She did not have a soft enough pillow top within my budget in her store, but she was quick to get on the phone and start making calls to other stores to find my perfect mattress. Well folks, she did it. At this very moment, as I am typing this review, I’m lying in my new bed just as comfy as a bug in a rug! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
I also want to mention Latoya. We ran into the store a couple of days before delivery to ask some more questions and it happened to be Kelly’s day off. Latoya was just as friendly and helpful. She had to make some calls to get answers for us, but she really went out of her way.
Our delivery was set up for today between noon and 3pm. The guys called us around 1:30 and said they’d were about 20 minutes away. I really appreciated the «heads up» call and also their promptness. Harold and Vhaun delivered our mattress. They were both very professional and courteous. They had our old bed out and our new bed set-​up in no time.
I should also mention Mattress Firm with also pick up your old mattress and box springs and dispose of it all for you at no charge to you. Many other places either will not do it, or they want to charge you an additional amount to do it. We don’t own a truck, nor do we know anyone with a truck, so we had no way to haul our old bed off. This was definitely a bonus for us!
So, if you’re in need of a new mattress and you’re working with a smaller budget, I highly recommend coming here!
