My husband and I are not from Jax and so for us who are new to the area it is centrally located, 15 minutes from NAS Jax. The Orange park mall is 2 minutes up the road. Walmart is close by and a publix. we enjoy living here so far. there is a dog park, pool area, gym and laundry area. also basketball and tennis courts. and a car washing station the staff has been good so far they just went through a management change. We had a problem with our AC right when we moved in and maintenance came out and fixed it that day. everyone seems to have a dog in te complex so it is VERY pet friendly! it is a nice quiet complex with a lot of military families.
