I’ve eaten here a few times over the years. I even ate here when I was a senior in high school. We came after the lunch rush, so there were only a few customers in the store. The girl at the counter was friendly and polite. We ordered two chicken tender plates and an order of cheese sticks. It didn’t take long for them to fill the order and then we were on our way. My parents’ place is about seven minutes – if that – from this location. We sit down to eat, and well, the fries were soggy. The one thing I love about this place is their fries. They’re normally crispy and well-seasoned. Soggy and flavorless fries was disappointing. If you eat in the restaurant, maybe they won’t come out soggy? I don’t remember having that issue in the past with takeout orders. The chicken was just OK, not really wow-worthy. The cheese sticks were OK. There isn’t much to this review because there really isn’t anything spectacular about upscale fast food. It’s a comfortable, laidback atmosphere, and locally owned. This place is OK, in my book. Support your local, family-owned businesses!

Amazing catfish. It is my favorite in Lee County. Friendly people and service.

Good food. Good people. I could do without the Bible verses all over the walls, but that’s a VERY minor gripe.
