Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

So disappointed! I have used them for a few years until recently I had problems with ticks. I called them and they assured me they can treat ticks. They came to spray my home, but the technician refused to spray the back and front of my home (I have pavers, but there is a strip of grass as well.) A few days later I saw ticks walking in my house again. I called them and they came again to spray. When I requested the outside to be sprayed again, the tech person said he did not have the chemical (second time he was coming to treat the same issue.) A few days later I saw ticks again, and for the third time they came (without treating the outside.) This time I decided to luck up the chemical they were using because I was surprised it was not working, and it ended being a product to treat fleas and proven not to be effective with ticks. When I called to complain, the dispatcher told me that was the chemical the technician said should be used and did not research the issue further. I ended up hiring a different company that was effective and guaranteed its job (ticks were gone after two visits.) When I called to cancel my service with Truly Nolen, a manager spoke to me and was very apologetic, telling me that he wished he would have known of the issue before, that they did have chemicals to treat the outside of the home etc. Today I have received a phone call from them urging me to pay for my last service (I have received the bill but it is not due until the end of the month.) This really upsets me. They do not feel sorry for customers, all the empathy the manager showed is totally fake. Worst customer service ever. Branch 083 is the worst. I will NEVER used them again and I will advice all my friends to do the same

We are presently in a short-​term furnished rental in Miami and were upset to discover evidence of a termite infestation. Based on the building manager recommendation we called Truly Nolen and I spoke with Danielle Smith who was super helpful and accommodating. Based on other Unilocal reviews, I requested that Anntonio Briceno come out for the free inspection. He was everything the reviews said and more! He was super courteous and helpful! He did a fantastic job explaining (over and over) the situation and the solution. I look forward to working with Truly Nolen to eradicate these pests!!! Thanks again Antonio!!!

Thankfully, I was put in touch with highly knowledgeable and professional Mr. Antonio Briceno at Truly Nolen. The pest issue was accessed and my options were explained to me in an efficient and timely matter. I highly recommend Truly Nolen for pest control.
Overall, great experience in a not so great situation.

I highly recommend Juan Rebollal Rojas tech at Truly Nolen. Mr. Rojas is a true asset to the Truly Nolen Team. He is highly professional and takes initiative. This is the kind of tech every pest control company should have on staff.

My experience with each tech at Truly Nolen has been positive. They all care and are more than willing to take the necessary steps in making sure that you are comfortable. If you have an issue with pests I suggest you immediately contact Truly Nolen.

I am on my condominium’s board of directors, located in South Beach. We had a termite problem in our building’s common areas, and I contacted Truly Nolen. They scheduled a free inspection per the Unilocal deal. Mr. Tony Ogrodnik, a State Licensed Inspector, came out within 24 hours and gave us an honest assessment of the situation and advised us how to remedy the problem. He also confirmed that what I thought were termites in my front door actually constituted old termite damage and not a live colony, therefore treatment was unnecessary. Mr. Ogrodnik was knowledgeable and professional, and although we were relieved to not need expensive treatment or tenting at this time, I would not hesitate to contact Truly Nolen in the future.
