Great food and great service! Got my food as soon as pulled up to the window at drive thru and the lady Angie was so friendly she asked if I would like any sauce for my order. Definitely will be come back!

I have some bones to pick! *pun* I got my wisdom teeth removed so I was looking for mash potatoes to consume. I came here cuz it’s close to work. And boy I’m disappointed. They had me wait for a couple mins at the drive through when there was like no cars in front of me or anything. Which I don’t mind but it was just too long. The mash potatoes I got were like twice the price as the same size I got at a different kfc closer to my house. That’s like a huge difference for something so small. 2 $ compared to 5 $ also the mash potatoes were like so liquidy. It served its purpose cuz it’s better in this case for my teeth. But on any other occasion I would think it to be an unacceptable state for mash potatoes to be in. I might as well have asked for a thick potato smoothie. Also they gave the the wrong eating utensils. I don’t know if I’m an alien but I eat my mash potatoes with a spoon. It’s like literally all I ordered. The potatoes fall through the Cracks in the fork. Come on guys. I’m just trying to function.

This KFC is about a couple exits away from where I work. Although I don’t like to travel that far for lunch since I only have 30 minutes, I was really craving chicken and wanted something other than Popeyes, so I decided to go the distance and get KFC. I was totally wrong to come here. Even if the lady wasn’t bad mouthing me over the PDA, the tone in her voice seemed as if she was irritated. I asked her as well to get 2 separate orders, and she said they didn’t do that. I personally haven’t been to a fast food chain that doesn’t split at least 2 different orders. I know they want to keep the drive though line under a certain time, but at the customers cost? Really? That’s just bad customer service. What if I just didn’t have enough money one one card and needed two separate orders to pay cash and card? It would have been SOL for me. By the 3 seconds it took me to roll around to the window the lady(Angie) was already handing me my order already. I saw there was only one honey and one butter packet. I asked the lady for more honey since there were two orders on my tab. She said that there was already some in my bag. I had to show her that I only had one each. She seemed irritated that she had to help me and really offer some customer service and felt like I was being rushed to leave the drive thru. When I got back to the office, There weren’t any utensils in my bag. I got a meal and needed something to use to eat my mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Luckily my co-worker had an extra fork from home or I would have been scooping with my finger. Last and very important, the quality of the food was rated a 1 star because it wasn’t fresh, appealing or taste good at all. It looked as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. I will not be coming back to this KFC in particular even through the establishment looks new and well. They should have used the money for better training the employees or for equipment if they can’t get the chicken right.

Please understand. This review is not as much focused at this location but more toward corporate. Picked up a 12 piece meal last night($ 32.00) though the drive thru. Service was good, staff was friendly but busy. When I got home. Noticed that my bucket was only half full? Thought that was strange so counted the pieces and there were 12 but. More like a Cornish game hen vs a chicken it seems that they have reduced the size of their chickens that they use. My last trip to KFC. Feel really ripped off. Will go to Sam’s club, pick up an entire chicken — twice the size of what I received last night for $ 5.99 and make my own potatoes and mac & cheese. So disappointed. Please review if you find the same thing

I went in on Friday morning with a couple of my friends and the customer service at this KFC is AMAZING and they were so fast at getting our orders ready, no sooner had I already paid for my order they had already had my food ready for me. I was so shocked that they were that fast, honestly by far the fastest and best service I have ever had, and the employees were so nice about asking me if I wanted any sauces for my order. This placed has definitely turned around since the last time I’ve been in there

I always go through the drive thru but it always amazes me on how fast they push out your food to you. I always think it’s not going to be fresh but it always is. Make sure you double check your order before you leave the drive thru. I’ve had missing items from time to time. Make sure you order the lemon cake… so sweet so DAMN good! I never liked lemon cake but this one is great. The customer service has greatly improved over the years. I love it when the manage is working the window… that guy is very friendly, funny and you can bet that he double checked your order. Make sure you ask for plates!

Went to get some food on sunday at 10:10am to the drive thru and nobody answered, then drove to the window and nothing. There was a person eating inside so i am pretty sure they had opened the dinning room at 10am.

Went thru drive thru last night to this KFC and the service was spectacular. It was four of us inside my car and we all had separate orders. Most drive thrus in any fast food chain would be really upset and give us attitude. We were served with a friendly smile and with quick service and they got our order correct. Then I wish to order a cookie at the drive thru window. But the manager jazmin gave us a free cookie. Really surprised by the service and left happy and content I’m definitely coming back to this kfc :)!!!

Went this morning on my lunch break, the line was kind of long it was about 6 people. Already I was annoyed from work and seeing this line only made it worse. However the guy at the front counter Jose was very quick I saw him take two orders then go wash his hands quickly pack the orders and hand them out. He then continued this until he had the whole line done with, the girl at the drive thru was also taking and packing all the drive thru orders herself. They seem to have a pretty good staff at this location, the lobby was nice and clean. The men’s bathroom wasn’t that nice it had no mirror. The seem very friendly and had great customer service

The worst drive thru experience ever! I couldn’t understand anything from their lousy speakers, I had to pull over and wait 5 minutes for chicken bites, then they forgot to give me a whole leak! Chicken, biscuits, and coleslaw… really! When I called to complain the manager tels me i’ll be getting a 4 piece meal for free… all condescending like… No thanks! last time I ever go there!

Good customer service… order a 2-pc. Meal original chix with mash potato/gravy & reg. Drink & finish transaction and then I noticed that they have Dole strawberry lemonade, so I ask if I can have that drink & how much is the upcharge, then cashier Jose said $ 1 more, so I was giving him the cash but he then said it’s okay. So I got the strawberry lemonade drink with no upcharge Food is great too(6⁄18 @ 3:45pm)

This is the 2nd time that i have gone to this KFC because it is on my way to work… Both times I oredered the 10pc Chicken Bytes meal and the lady at the drive through said it was a 5 – 10 min wait for the Chicken Bytes. So i ended up ordering something different. Today I went to the drive through and ordered once again the 10PC chicken bytes meal and what did the lady say! …“It’s a 5 – 10 min wait”. This time I said«NEVERMIND» and I left. I can not believe that for the 2nd time they did the same thing. Never coming back here again

I ordered the #5 via the drive thru along with the #13. The girl read back the order and it was correct. When I got back to my place of business to eat my lunch, we learned that the #5 was no were to be found. Instead I received a Doublicious sandwich(which was ok), but I did not receive the order that I was looking forward to. I was very disappointed and sad that I did not get to enjoy the biscuit with honey and butter that I was looking forward too along with my chicken fingers. :(
