The workers here are always very nice. I hate how they never have any good wallets though!!! But it is an outlet and they have great prices. One of the workers was clearly gay and was trying to hit on my boyfriend but all I had to do was go over to my hubby and hold him tight to make that asshole worker back off my man… Just sayin

My husband and I own several Fossil watches and I generally purchase at least one or two around the holidays as gifts. We generally receive good service. We’ve recently had to return watches to this store for a battery or some broken link.
We visited this store for both — one watch needed a battery and the other watch needed a link in the wristband.
They were able to fix the link in the wristband. On the other watch, the battery didn’t seem to make the watch work again, so they’ll need to send it away for repair. This is standard procedure and there’s no fee for shipping — so all good. However, now the sales people are asking the question … «If the watch cannot be repaired, do you want the watch returned to you? or do you want a gift card for the value of the watch?» This is an interesting question. I then asked what the value of this particular watch would be, so I could respond accordingly. The sales guy checked and the value would be $ 10. Just $ 10! Are you kidding me? This watch cost over $ 150 five years ago and now it’s value is just $ 10? Not happy, at all. My husband and I were looking at other watches in the store, but after this experience — nope, sorry Fossil. If the value of your watches drops that far in just 5 years, perhaps we should take our business elsewhere — and we will.

They always have good deals, always! And the people working are always so chill and down to earth. I love their watches. Prices range from $ 45 and up. Super cheap compared to Macy and the real fossil store, remember this is the outlet. I always buy my family watches for Christmas, they love it!

I never wear watches but I just happened to walk into this store the other day and walked out w/​a cute little cheapy watch that I love! lol! I wish I could remember his name, but the gentleman who rang me up smiled the whole time and it really made me feel good b/​c it’s rare to see that kind of quality customer service. The other associates here were also very helpful and I was asked several times if I needed help finding anything. I was very pleased with my experience here!
