Domino’s Pizza

I love this dominos because every time I ve had a problem they fix it with no problem thank you for great customer service!

DO NOT EAT HERE. This is the second time I ordered from here one was late at night and today was at noon and I don’t know how my pizza turned into a mess. BBQ pizza is what I ordered and it looks like a huge blob… No longer will be ordering 20bucks wasted. And you don’t get packets of pepper or cheese.

If I could give negative starts I would. Placed the order at 11:25pm and it didn’t arrive until a little over an hour later. Keep in mind we only live ten minutes from the store.
First of all the pizza arrived cold. As well as the pasta. The cheese was very cold and dried out by the time it arrived. The pasta had to be peeled off the little foil container because of how cold it was. The boxes were hot but it was clear the food was not.
YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE TO REHEAT YOUR «FRESHLY» DELIVERED PIZZA.
Wouldn’t have wasted money if I knew the food was going to come cold I would have rather have eaten shitty fast food. At least it would have been warm at the point of consumption. Threw away the pizza. and now making tacos.
I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
At the end I called them 10 times. The first time they answered and then they hung up on me when I was still talking to them. The next two times they just picked up and hung up. And the last couple of times they just didn’t answer! Rediculous! I know they saw it was the same number calling… They knew why I was calling… But didn’t care to fix their mistake. Terrible service!

I ordered at 6:51 pm and i still haven’t gotten my order. Its 7:56 now. When we cAlled about it the representative stated that the store doesn’t go by the delivery time quoted online nor by the one they email to you. This is not acceptable.

My pizza always arrives hot and ready to eat. Very few complaints and I’ve ordered from this location at least 50 times in the past 5 years.

My coworker and I like to go here for their daily special on days when we are lazy and forgot to bring our lunch. Think the thin crust pizza is not bad to have once in a while. Sometimes I feel like they are very stingy with ingredients but I guess that depends on who makes it.
Their mobile app is very cool though. It will show you with progress bar once you order online when its inside the oven or when its ready to be picked up. But they do charge for pepper flakes… I feel like other pizza place will give it to you when you order but when I asked for one the last time I was there I had to pay $ 0.50 for it.
Medium 2 topping special is daily for $ 7.99 think its a decent price for what you get. When you are on a budget and are in need of something to fill you up? This will be the place to share with someone from your work to make the cost more affordable.

If I could award nastiest pizza around, this is who I would award it to. First of all, it took 1 ½ hours to deliver. Driver forgot my drink. Gives me my pizza box and to my realization, it’s smashed. I open the pizza and although warm, does not look fresh. The slices were cut terribly. After calling, they sent out a new pizza. Neither tasted great, but it was dinner time and we were hungry. That was a huge mistake. I threw up all night, sick with food poisoning. When I called Lydia the manager, I was baffled, but not surprised at her lack of intelligence. She actually suggested that I could order something else instead of the pizza (as if I get sick, merely because it was pizza.) Stay away from here. I’ll be calling the city soon. Thanks for the food borne illness, idiots.

If I can place a review with no stars that’s exactly what this post would have. I tried ordering a pizza for my children at home and the assistant manager denied my request because the card holder had to be present.
As a business owner shouldn’t you have ways to get a signature? Docu-​sign? A picture taken with my credit card and ID along with my signature?
Can’t even order pizza for my damn children I am OUTRAGED. Now my kids are forced to eat top ramen and hot Cheetos. Never coming back to this place…

So I ordered a pizza tonight for me and my parents. I arrived to pick up my pizza and was told that they dropped my pizza on the floor! The pizza guy told me that they would remake it in about 8 minutes and gave me a free liter of soda for the inconvenience. That’s cool. I asked for cheese and peppers and was told that they only sell containers of cheese and peppers for 1.25 each. Wth? I thought all pizza places gave those for free? Anyway. The guy gave me a free cheese and off I went. The customer service is A+ but sounds like dominoes is starting to nickel and dime you. Pizza was decent as usual.

I ordered my pizza at 7:44 and it left the store at 7:59. Delivery time was estimated at 35 minutes. According to Google maps, I live 1.9 miles away from the store and at 8:50 my pizza hasn’t arrived. When I called the store they had nothing to say except the driver is «almost there». Extremely frustrating.

Again amazing pizza fast delivery love the new crust. The problem is I tried the chicken Cesar salad and unfortunately it wasn’t fresh at all and barely any chicken.

Be prepared to be robbed from this company if you order online they deliver the wrong items. And when we asked to have it fixed they refused to fix it customer service is extremely poor with this company if I could give zero stars I would. The manager of the store stated he would have the drive to return with a voided receipt. The driver never returned. I am still going through my bank to make sure they do not get any money from this. very very poor customer service

The pizza is always dry… every time i order i keep hoping is more moist. But i still come here good prices … the customer service is average. Pretty local business.

Giving the store even one star pains me! By far the worst customer service. Don’t ask for a manager because apparently he’s too busy to focus on customer service! I’m surprised they even have two stars on Unilocal.I will never order dominoes again!

Worst customer service ever experienced. Highly unprofessional. Asked for manager and cashier stated mgr Loui was unavailable. I’ve never had such poor service and not to mention a pizza that was stale and old. Never ever ever go. Go to little Cesar’s u will get excellent service and decent pizza. Stay away from location 7875 in ontario ca on 4^th st. If I had the option to give no stars I would have.

I ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread with some sauces. It took almost 1 and a half hours to get my food. I never received my sauces and the people that I talked to on the phone were extremely rude.

I ordered beef and pineapples and got ham and pineapples instead. So i gave them a call and after 28mins and 5drop calls thwy answered and gave me 2 options. 1 is i have to wait 40mins for another pizza or 2. I have to wait 2mins and pick it up from the store. No compensation for their mistake and hassle or whatsoever. I asked to speak to the manager and got told that hes not taking any call at the moment. I asked the lady how about the $ 5.00 tip that i gave and she said theres nothing she can do. This is the last time im orderimg from this place. Sad to say im very dissapointed at this place. If i can give 0 star i would.

This place is the worst place I have ever been in my life. They should fire everyone that works there. The children they had working were rude beyond belief and had crazy attitude. I will never eat dominos pizza again.

Awesome service. Food arrived in 25minutes. Customer service was awesome. I use to work for a pizza place and I understand sometimes it gets cray busy things get crazy and mixed up like any other food service but once I did get a mix up they took great care of me. Got free credit and awesome service since. I don’t k ow if they switched management or not but things have been better than they have ever been. thanks again Dominos. Like the new you!

This place is great, I’ve been coming here for a long time & although they are sometimes short staffed they always do their best to please their customers… I love their Thin Crust BBQ Chicken Pizza!!! It’s addictive!
