Came here tonight with my parents for my Dads birthday. I know, super lame but my Dad really likes their food. The place is EMPTY maybe 3 tables seated and were seated at a booth in front of a homeless man. My family(being much better people than I am) engage in conversation with him and are glad that Denny’s supplied him with a free breakfast. We quickly realize he is hammered off his ass and is burping loudly at his table. Wait staff is SLOWERTHAN I DONTKNOWWHAT! I mean come on, I know it’s slow but just standing around not doing shit when people are trying to order/pay is ridiculous. Food comes out and it’s just ok. Then we go to pay and guess what, no free meal on your birthday unless it’s a grand slam. Seriously, what the fuck! No manager is on duty so «there’s nothing he can really do». I pay the bill and we left and I swear to God I’ll never be back here again. Everyone, BEWARE for shitty food, lazy staff, and idiot cashiers. Denny’s, there’s a reason you should shut down this location. And if you care enough to «hear about my experience» feel free to message me. — A VERY unsatisfied customer

Usually this Denny’s has no parking available as the area is extremely busy during peek hours. On a Saturday evening however, my girlfriend and I were able to find a spot and stopped in for dinner. We were seated by a young man who also took our drink order and there were about 5 other groups at booths. It is set up like many other Denny’s, fairly clean and it’s quick to get a table or booth. Our waitress came later after the greeter brought us our drinks and took our order. She also confirmed what we had received to drink. I ordered a skillet, coffee and ice water, my partner had a sandwich, coke and fries. It was odd that the waitress asked about our drinks because after she brought us our food we never saw her again until we had long since finished said food. Never asked if everything was ok, refills or warm up, nothing. She had plenty of time considering we eat slow and also used the restroom while waiting. The food was decent as per usual Denny’s and besides that our experience was ok. While our experience wasn’t bad, I would rather go to a different location and hopefully get some staff that is a little more attentive. Given this and the fact that the area is very busy and parking is hard to find, I don’t think I’ll be back.

What can I say the best Denny’s we’ve visited for years. Id rather drive an extra few miles come here than to go to my more nearby location. The customer service here is probably the best kind we have ever received at any Denny’s. I don’t know what their management skills are but they work great. The employees/servers treat us great. Except for one incident where a busser was slamming plates into his bus tray he had everyone turning their heads to turn look at him as to where the slamming of plates and silverware were coming from. Anyway still give it a 4 the food and fast service with kind waitresses makes me want to go back there again and again. Thank you Denny’s as we are regular customers. This is something I love to compliment on ;D

We come to this Denny’s mostly every single morning. Service is EXCELLENT, but Adriana our server is just such a delight. She’s always attentive since the minute you walk in and provides service with a smile. Thank you Adriana for bringing your positive energy in the morning!

Came for my nephew’s graduation, ordered a build-your-own burger with a vegetable patty; a reasonable thing to do as, like, a vegetarian. The table gets their food a little less than an hour after opening, and mine comes out with a hamburger patty. Whatever, mistakes happen. So I send it back, and I receive… a hastily microwaved veggie patty with a cold piece of cheese on top. On the same burger, that had a meat patty on it minutes before. Opting not to eat the gastronomic equivalent of cold smegma, I send it back to like, you know, get a burger with melted cheese on it. They stuck it in the microwave long enough to melt the cheese. Bravo. Mistakes happen, but sending back the same burger with a swapped patty is itself unacceptable in this case; sending it back with cold cheese and then again after half a minute in the microwave is an insult. I chose to just take the burger rather than have it remade with a heap of spit, but I really, well and truly do not understand how the kitchen responded to their own mistake like this. Absolutely obscene. What the hell do you do when it’s a mistake made on a food allergy? I don’t blame the servers or even necessarily the kitchen staff here, this frankly strikes me as a severe failure on the part of management to teach their staff proper food handling. Do your job before they feed some poor person peanuts.

Resorted to this place after witnessing the seemingly endless line at Luxe Buffet across from it. They took forever to sit us down b/c they only had a couple waiters out servicing. The wait was very long for the food but the taste was exceptional. I ordered the trio sampler, departing from the veggie omelet I usually get. The quesadilla was a bit dry but still edible, the mozzarella sticks were yummy and so were the chicken strips! Stir clear of the skillets, they usually overcompensate with the red — skinned potatoes.

absolutely disgusting. I can’t even… I ordered something so simple and they were able to turn me away from it. I just got a simple veggie omlette, 20 minutes later my fruit shows up first. 25 minutes. here comes my toast… 30 minutes? my omlette comes on a dirty plate that looks like they took it from someone else’s table and set my omlette on top. I don’t care if it’s McDonald’s, that’s disgusting. 40 minutes later I finally get my food. I don’t even want it at this point. what the hell is going on here

Came here on Christmas because the IHOP down the street was horrible and talking about how much they didn’t want to work. Came to Denny’s a bit skeptical due to the amount of cars in the parking lot. But we went in, while on our way in the manager(I believe was walking this homeless man to the front asking if he had ate and if he was hungry, and that she would get him hot food if he was. It was really nice seeing that, as we came in we were greeted by a young girl wishing us a merry christmas. We were seated and drinks on our table in no more than 3 mins. Our server was great and fast. Even when she was busy! Posted this late because I forgot it was in my drafts!

So sad my baby started crying and the manager walked up to our table and told us to do something about it or if not to leave because some lady had complaint.

I love Denny’s and this is the closest one to me. I really like all of the options and accommodations they have for children. The prices are really fair and the portions are large. They do offer half orders on some of the appetizers, just in-case you aren’t terribly hungry. Oh my goodness, I love their shakes! The chocolate one is the best, so try it! Also, there are a ton of coupons available for Denny’s online, newspaper ads, and the fundraiser booklets. I love the sampler, salads, and ranch dressing so I will definitely be back.

I just walked over 3 miles from Ontario airport to get here and finally arrived at 10:45pm. So far it is nice and quiet, yet steady with customers. I was greeted immediately and also accommodated with my bags to a booth. The waitress who seated me was super sweet and instantly returned with my drink. A few moments later another waitress refilled my drink, as I was extremely thirsty, and took my order. It’s been 6 mins and I now have received my whole order which was a house salad with ranch($ 2.79) and an egg sandwich with hashbrowns and bacon/ham($ 4.00). Extremely pleased. Too bad I won’t be returning for quite sometime! Nice stopping in and thank you to both my waitresses!!!

Silly Denny. Denny’s is for late night eats. We all know that. Especially after a car meet. But Denny wasn’t home last night, but a waitress named Alex was. I felt bad for Alex. She already had a birthday party in one corner, a huge family in the other and in walks my party of 20 plus. We waited a few minutes for staff to put the tables together then seated us smack in the middle of the diner. Alex began taking our drink orders, which took a while since there was so many of us. So the Vanilla iced coffee had a double date with each other. My beast as I call him.(Hes the beast because he Benches 420 or so) had his coffee and I had mine. Alex brought us 3 refills each. Somehow my third one disappeared, I looked to my right and he was pouring mine into his cup. *sigh* Coffee was good, not as sweet as I like it, but it was good. Alex took our orders, which took about 15 minutes. After we ordered we actually walked to Sams club about ½ mile away looking for a phone and when we came back, food was coming out. I was feeling like breakfast so I had the ultimate omlette which had crumbled Bacon, sausage, grilled onions, roasted peppers some mushrooms and Cheddar cheese. I asked for no tomatoes. It was paired with roasted red potatoes and sourdough buttered bread and strawberry jam. It was so tastey. The roasted peppers gave it what it needed for a kick. But it did need more cheese. I didn’t need more cheese but I wanted some. So ask for extra cheese. The potatoes were already alright. I’m not a huge potatoe fan anyway. The toast was hot and buttery, I ate 2 pieces. Alex did good with our party. The entire check was not that expensive and paid by a very cool non Unilocaler. Denny’s is the place to be after a long meet 3 stars for Denny’s and a extra credit star for Miss Alex and her helper.

My girlfriend Sam and I decided to go to Denny’s for a late night dinner. You know, Denny’s has always been known for their great breakfasts. Rarely do we get dinner’s that would be comparable to a steak house or specialty house. Tonight, we decided to get their Sirloin Steak dinner. It comes with two sides of your choice. Presentation is first clue. Looking at the menu, the steak looks perfect; seasoning and all. Everyone knows NOTHINGEVER looks like the picture, right? To our dismay, the plate came out looking just like the picture. It presented itself appearing juicy, hot and mouth watering. Now the real tests… Expecting it to be tough, old tasting simply because Denny’s isn’t known to be a steak house, we’re expecting a steak that could get us sick because who knows how long it’s been sitting in storage, right… like a Ramsey Kitchen Nightmare. Well, the knife test showed us how tender this steak was. It was so tender, we could have used a butter knife to cut it. First Bite: Sam and I looked at each other like, «AREYOUKIDDINGME!!!» The steak was hot, full of flavor. Perfectly seasoned to the point where A1 steak sauce would ruin this steak. This rich 1 inch thick steak pounded such a party in our mouth, we almost forgot to watch out for the typical grit that comes with steak. Oh Wait! THEREISNOGRIT. This was a prime piece of steak where the grit was removed. This whole piece of steak was completely gone with nothing left over. The sides we chose were mashed potatoes with gravy and broccoli. The potatoes were fresh; not the powder or artificial stuff. The broccoli was perfectly steamed. All in all, we both agreed that this steak(and we can’t believe we’re going to say this) totally beats the steaks at The OutBack Steak House for half the cost. I should have taken a picture… dag-nabit! We’ll be back!

I’ve only started coming back to Denny’s(after a decade+ hiatus) only because of their promotional menu of «The Hobbit». Now I know that the menu items for this promotion are the same menu items as their normal, day-to-day menu, but I’m a huge sucker for marketing schemes concerning movies I love and enjoy which, in this case, would be anything written and inspired by J.R. Tolkien. Sure the Grand Slam is now«Gandalf’s Grand Slam» or the pot roast is now«Frodo’s Pot Roast Skillet» but you know what? It brought me back. And surprisingly their pot roast is pretty durned good, which is very SURPRISING and unexpected from Denny’s. Then again, this location is far different from other locations I’ve been too, like Fontana, for example. This Denny’s is actually clean and the waitstaff are not at all rude.

Sunday morning breakfast. The wait was not bad but it was crowded. I usually order the T-bone steak and eggs and for some reason this Denny’s served my medium rare steak perfect! It also seemed bigger than usual. It also surprised me how the service was great for a busy Sunday morning rush.
