This place was kind of fun. I went on a Wednesday which was half off games day… which are still expensive. The games were fun, just costly… And on ½ off Wednesdays. The prizes you can get with your hard earned tickets don’t go far. The prizes aren’t that great to begin with so if you want a worth while prize(ps4 game) look at spending 70,000 tickets which might cost you a few hundred dollars. Its probably cheaper to just go buy the prizes at another store.

***So first off, I knew exactly what I was getting into before going here*** Anyone coming here looking for 5 star food and to be waited on hand & foot is just insane. That said, I went today with 4 other adult women and 4 tween girls after a dance event. We had a great time! The service was fantastic! The food was good too and the girls had a blast playing games after we ate. Our waitress was great(I wish I remembered her name to list it on here). She had dark hair and was very friendly(& pretty!) We will definitely go back the next time we’re in town. The young men in the prize shop were also very friendly and helpful in explaining the whole ticket/prize process.

The food was«meh» and the service was HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL! My boyfriend and I showed before the rest of our party and was seated right away as the place was close to completely empty. The waitress came up and asked our drink order and then disappeared. The rest of our party, 4 more people, arrived 5 minutes later and she still hadn’t brought our drinks. She returns empty handed and takes their drink order and disappears again. She returns 5 minutes later(it’s now been 10minutes since initially taking our order), sets down the drinks and asks if we’re ready to order. We place our food order and she disappears again. 15 minutes pass by, no sight of our waitress, and a food runner drops off a side salad and then says he will go see if the rest of our order is ready. He disappears and never comes back. Another 15 minutes pass by, this place is like a ghost town, there is a handful of seated tables but no staff in sight. A few minutes later a busser is cleaning the table across from us and notices there are no dinner plates and empty drink glasses on our table and asks if everything is going okay for us. We tell him it’s been 30minutes since we ordered and no one has come around to check on us. He goes to the kitchen and immediately, with our server, comes out with a tray of food. Our server says absolutely nothing to us, passes out our plates and walks away. My artichoke chicken pasta was cold. The ranch dressing on the kids plates was hot and discolored yellow as though it had been cooking under a heat lamp. The inner part of the chicken on my brother in laws sandwich was cold. My sisters steak pasta was dry. My boyfriend’s food, he ordered the ultimate Mac n Cheese, wasn’t even brought out. Across the restaurant we saw the busser speaking to, what appeared to be the manager, and he shortly came over and we explained what happened, how long we’d been waiting, the demeanor of our waitress and pointed out that my boyfriend still hadn’t received his meal. The manager steps back to the kitchen and returns shortly with his meal but it’s the wrong thing!!! The waitress didn’t even put in his order correctly. The manager takes back the food and 5 minutes later comes back with the correct order. However, the pasta wasn’t baked all the way as you could tell how mushy the noodles were and how runny the sauce was. The waitress returned to our and without an apology, she tosses down some extra game cards and says«for the inconvenience». That struck a nerve with me. I’m not one to complain when at a restaurant or about other people’s behavior but it’s like these younger working 17⁄18 — 23⁄24 year old people have zero work. ethic!!! I’m almost 30 and having worked in a variety of jobs the last 15 years you have to maintain a level of professionalism in whatever you do, whether it’s a lawyer-doctor-ceo job or a janitorial-fast food-trash man job. So when the manager came over once again to check on us and make sure we were okay now I told him how rude and unprofessional his waitress’ attitude was. She never asked us how the food was, never gave us refills, was unapologetic for any screw up, didn’t own up to her mistake, didn’t try to have a friendly persona at all. Well, our waitress returned after the manager had talked to her and she delivered the most fake apology I had ever heard. She didnt even try to smile or make it appear sincere. The manager then came over and said he would take care of the bill for how poorly our night had been and gave us a few more extra game cards for the kids. While you could tell how badly the manager was trying to turn the night around for us, which we did greatly appreciate, we will not be returning to this establishment.

Worst place I’ve ever eaten at in my life. One thing at a time. Don’t order the 100oz jug of beer. It was filled half way and the top half showed how disgustingly dirty it was(picture added). Beer glass was room temperature, should be cold and frosty. Don’t order the pretzel dog. Warm in the outside cold in the middle. Signs of it being frozen and cooked in convection oven. I asked manager and he confirmed it to be true. «I can’t tell a lie, frozen and cooked in oven.» Don’t order tater tots, cooked frozen, very very dry and covered in cheese to try and mask. «I can’t tell a lie, frozen and cooked in oven.» Onion rings, cold cold cold. How can a place charge $ 14 for frozen food? They did not charge me for these items. Will never go here again. Only thing I was able to eat was their ultimate Mac and cheese. And I’m not picky, this is how bad the food was. Don’t believe me try it for yourself.

I was very disappointed with the limitations available. My girlfriend and I didn’t even go in because they didn’t even have a nutritional menu, a menu that details all the carbs. This was a simple menu that is mandated by law to have, even McDonalds has this. I was very upset that this restaurant is unaccommodating towards diabetics.

What a fun place to come to after you’ve just finished going to Six Flags! I had so much fun here racking up tickets. We paid $ 116($ 56 each plus activation for the cards) and it lasted us a while. I love the variety of games, especially the phone app type of games such as piano tiles, candy crush, angry birds, etc. I felt like I was a kid again. While we wee playing games, we had alcoholic beverages and you’re allowed to drink while walking around the arcade which I thought was awesome. The website did say the place closed at 12am but they announced at 11:30 that they were closing in 15 minutes. Overall, I still have over 100 points worth of play for next time and we were there for hours!

The food is alright, nothing special. But let’s be honest, no one comes to Dave & Busters for a good dinner. You come here to play games and have drinks! It’s a great place for groups and families. I wouldn’t reccommend coming here if you don’t like kids or loud music. The atmosphere here caters to fun first, then food so keep that in mind. All in all, it’s a great place to have fun.

What a great experience planning my daughter’s 12th birthday! Amber and Kim and I believe their assistant manager in the events and planning department were phenomenal and super friendly. They really go above and beyond to help you plan the perfect day. If i could rate higher than 5 stars on customer service i would. I was surprised at the constant contact and the ability to reach them directly. They take their time with you and can email all the materials like menus and options so you can see it while talking to them. It was great. Thanks so much. Lovin you guys!

We stopped here for dinner on a Friday night when driving through the area. We were sat at a table right away and our server, Brian was so nice and friendly. We ordered the New York strip steak(so good/shareable) and a couple of the dessert plates like the chocolate cake, banana pie, and the yummy double stack brownie ice cream thing. We enjoyed ourselves, thanks Brian! :)

I give it a solid 3.0 Food was good but service was bad. We asked for a refill and it took 20min for the waiter to come up to us and say the soda machine was disconnect and it was barely 10:30pm and D&B dont close until 11:45pm.

Best Happy Hour! M-F 4:30pm-7:00pm Their margarita are so good; don’t forget to ask for it blended. Electric Blue Lemonade aka Adiós is good too. Domestic beers, small glass. House tequila shots $ 2! $ 5 appetizers: artichoke dip, boneless hot wings, and quesadilla Arcade, plenty of restrooms, and good for large groups, just get there before the happy hour so you can get a table!

Our waitress name is Danielle and she was amazing. The manager accommodated our party of 20 and even added another table for 7 more. Definitely would recommend this place for parties. Danielle was just a great server.

Garbage. I hate to be so harsh but the food here was absolutely terrible. We had a party of six and were ready to drink and eat. We started off with appetizers: Nachos — tasted like everything came out of a can and was warmed up. Fucking gross! Chicken wings(boneless) — we ordered original buffalo and BBQ, tasted like they came out of a frozen bag and warmed up in the microwave. Dry as fuck and gross! Potato skins — fried so hard they were dripping grease and were damn near transparent little potato halves when they arrive at our table. The fixin’s were lacking and sparse. After eating one, I felt like throwing it back up. WTF?! Sliders — Soggy little burger squares with a pickle and cherry tomato pierced through toothpick. A regular cheeseburger would have been a better deal. French Fries — salty as fuck and hard. Tasted like they had been sitting and re-heated before they were served. Pretzel dogs — utterly terrible and greasy. Like they came out of the oven, dunked them in fryer grease and served them to us. Blah! Ugh, my stomach hurts just reliving this memory. Then we ordered some beers. The 25oz of Dos Equis was flat as fuck. Hardly resembled a beer once it got to our table. I complained but they refused to take the beer back and get me something else. We refused to continue spending money here and left as soon as we spent all of our game money. All in all, fuck Dave & Busters. You are a shadow of the establishment you once were.

This Dave & Buster’s is located at Ontario Mills, specially near the 5th entry way(near Burlington Coat Factory). My husband and I came to this location last Saturday around 7:10 pm to meet a friend for his birthday. We were a large party of at least 25 people and so I was not surprised that service was not very attentive(and especially it being a Saturday night, it was pretty packed). After taking some time to browse the menu(our server, Chad, did not take our order until 8 pm, but we were waiting for more people to come, so getting our order late was not the fault of the sever), we got: Calamari, $ 10.49 prior to tax– Thought this calamari was pretty standard. Looked like a good portion to share with a few people. This starter came with 2 types of sauces, one being marinara and the other was a creamy jalapeño sauce. I liked the jalapeño sauce even though it was a little spicy for me(I am not a spicy eating person). The South Philly Burger, $ 12.99 prior to tax– This burger was served on a warm iron cast skillet but came lukewarm. What a disappointment! My friend(also the birthday boy) also ordered a burger and it was not warm either). The burger itself just tasted okay, but probably would have been better if it was warm. This burger came with fries, which were also not warm/hot. Sweet Apple Pecan Salad With Grilled Chicken, $ 10.79 prior to tax– When I ordered this salad the 1st time, I had told our server that I wanted the dressing on the side and to omit the feta cheese. But when it arrived, it still had some cheese and the greens were just swimming(or more like drowning) in dressing. I told the employee who brought out my food and so he said he will take care of it(then our server, Chad, came up to me to make sure that I was requesting a salad with no cheese and dressing on the side). When I got the 2nd plate, I was glad it came as I requested it. I thought the portion of the chicken was more than enough for one person. I liked the candied pecans in the salad but was not a fan of the brown, mushy apple pieces. The kitchen should have placed the apple slices in some lemon juice to stop the browning(it’s all about presentation first since we do eat with our eyes first). 2 Blue Moon Beers– $ 13.78 — — — — — — – (Total= $ 51.89 prior to tip) I paid with a gift card, which I still had $ 54 left. The guy brought my husband the gift card(even though I gave it to him… he just assumed my husband paid for dinner) and said there is still a few dollars left on it but did not bring up the bill. My husband had to flag Chad down to ask for a receipt. Chad gave us 2 receipts, both which looked like they had been crumbled. One receipt showed that I had a balance of $ 54 on the gift card and the other was of the items we ordered. But none showed how much we had left of if Chad just took the remaining money on the gift card as his tip or not. Since Chad did not bother to bring us a receipt in the beginning, it just tells me he did not want tip and because we had such lousy service, we ended up not leaving any. This is a rarity for me because I always leave tip, but I have never had such bad service(in a long time anyway) like I did that night. With so many employees coming to and from our table, you would think service would have been better, but it wasn’t. No one ever refilled our waters or took away our dirty plates. It took a real long time to get our food, which wasn’t served either hot or cold but room temperature. In conclusion, I will never come back here.

Unbelievable. I just reviewed this place a few days ago, but I’m downgrading my rating due to the inept service my wife and I received yesterday. Read my previous review; my wife and I like to sit with/nearby the American Outlaws fan group at Dave & Buster’s. We arrived 30 minutes before yesterday’s Women’s World Cup Final, but the room the group was in was already full. For some reason, D&B did not have the big showroom open, like it was during every men’s World Cup game last year(and the first game of the women’s tournament a few weeks ago). You’d think management would’ve anticipated a large crowd for a World Cup Final on a Sunday afternoon, but apparently that’s too complicated of a problem for them to figure out. We went to the billiards room and there were plenty of seats, so we sat down and waited to place an order. And waited. And waited. Across the room, I saw one server bring drinks to one table and another server help a different table. Nobody acknowledged us. With game time looming, I walked across the room and found a server and asked him to help us. I hoped our problems were over. Wrong. Our drinks were fine. My braided pretzel appetizer was good, but my wife’s sweet potato fries were cold and inedible. Our server was nowhere to be found, so I took the fries, walked around for a few minutes, and found him. I requested a fresh batch of fries and they were delivered warmer than before. It wouldn’t surprise me to find out the fries were just heated up in the microwave. I was doing my best not to get angry. I just wanted to enjoy the game. After our initial wait and the cold fries, the server was friendly and checked on us a few times. Unfortunately, the end of the game was a different story. I asked for the bill, then paid for it with cash. Another server came by and dropped off my change and it was short by $ 10.43. I walked around looking for her, but could not find her. I walked to another server and told her the problem. She apologized and said she’d have the manager come back with my correct change. A few minutes later, the server who’d shorted me was back with the missing $ 10. But not the change. Typically, I’m not worried about 43 cents, but I was frustrated by walking around trying to find servers to correct mistakes when I should’ve been eating, drinking, and enjoying the end of the game. I asked her to read my bill and bring back my correct change. Our original server came back and apologized for the latest screw-up. I just shook my head, annoyed beyond belief. No manager ever showed up, of course, but by this time I was ready to get the hell out of there. Hopefully management learns how to train their employees before the next World Cup in four years. The only redeeming part of our time here: the U.S. won the World Cup. I’ll try to focus on that when I recall my last visit to Dave & Buster’s.
