I have been with this office for quite some time now. The PA’s are really good and thorough. The wait time can be a bit long but I travel all the way to Ontario because they really do give good care.

Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend also the doctors are helpful and knowledge able.

Should have listened to the reviews but my family was pressed for time as most urgent cares close earlier than this place. Save yourself the visit and choose to go to the ER if this is the same for you. My husband and I took our 10 month old son here after calling the nurse advice line for IEHP health care and received the «advice» to take him to urgent care. They specifically gave me the address of this place as I didn’t want to mistakenly visit a provider out of network. Our son was only constipated to make matters worse. All I wanted was to know if I should give him OTC medication or try other methods to help remedy his discomfort. Instead we went on a two hour debacle that ended with very bad results. Back to the clinic in question, the wait was quick, however the receptionist rolled her eyes when we checked in and told her that our son was constipated. It must have been too close to closing for her to not have an attitude. Once we were in the room to speak with the medical professional on duty we were given a poop chart to look at, this is even how she phrased it. Not a stool sample chart, but a poop chart. You have got to be kidding me, but my husband and I looked at the different drawings of feces to try and best describe our son’s. Then she examined his bottom. This is where I should have knocked her out. I don’t know if she was a P.A. or a nurse, God willing not a doctor. She said she didn’t notice anything out of the norm concerning his rear end, but then proceeded to examine his penis. Which is intact. She tried pulling back his foreskin and this is where I stepped in and visibly showed how I did not approve of her trying to retract his foreskin. She then questioned if we had ever retracted it, which we haven’t, because you are not supposed to. Then instructed us on how to and told us that we should be retracting it to clean it. And then told us how she frequently examines other little boys who tell her that their penises burn, wtf? I was in so much shock that I didn’t respond and left the clinic in utter dismay. For those who do not know, little boys intact penis’ are to stay intact. Under no circumstances are they to be retracted as the foreskin is fused to the glands of the penis. The foreskin will naturally separate once he becomes prepubescent, as it is a part of maturing sexually. This medical «professional» didn’t know her job, proceeded to give us false information, and even attempted to forcibly retract my son’s foreskin. I should sue. She could have caused irreparable harm, and if she had, well… I wouldn’t be writing this review as prisoners don’t get such privileges. I should have just asked Google, or a witch doctor. Whatever you do, do not go here.

If i could give you no starts., i would. You dont deserve one.
First of all. would have been nice if your receptionist or staff informed the patient that you only take cash saves us time from coming here and finding out about it and having to get out and go to atm.
Second just because i have brown skin doesnt mean i hispanic nor do i understand spanish. would have been nice if you ask before giving me spanish papers.
Third what is the use of making an appointment if you still have to wait for a damn hour…
My appointment is 4:30. It is already 5:21 im still waiting to be called.
I will update my review once i meet the lovely doctor who has shitty staff…

Looks out dated and doesn’t except ATM or Credit card for visit fees. Make sure to step back into the 60’s and bring cash. The rooms are all connected by doors so you can hear everything the patients next to you say. So much for privacy.
