Dr. Chock is the first doctor I have ever met at Kaiser who didn’t make me want to run for the hills. His care is above and beyond that of any doctor I have met. He spent sufficient time in the room with me, thoroughly explaining my diagnosis, answering all of my questions, and performing an ultrasound on the spot. He is very clear on exactly when my follow-​up appointments will be for the next year if all goes well. In addition, when I send him messages through
, he responds himself. You read that right. He responds to messages you send him; you don’t hear back from a nurse. He has also called me personally to let me know test results and update me on what steps I need to take next. Thank you for your excellent care, Dr. Chock! I feel safe in your hands no matter what my future holds.
