Tarson Pools and Spas

We had an in ground pool installed in 2008 by Tarson, I can’t say everything went super smooth, but we are pretty laid-​back people, and didn’t really push for some of the things they promised that they didn’t come through on, so I can’t really name them for that. Over all our pool turned out beautiful.
Fast forward to April 2016, and the liner began to shred on our pool. I called to see about having it fixed and was given the run around. After having to call multiple numbers I was told I would be contacted by someone who would come out and give us a quote to fix it. We have heard nothing. I have left multiple other messages to no avail. Finally I called Radiant pools, who manufactured the liner and was told they could do absolutely nothing they only work through dealers. Thanks a lot! I love the $ 30,000 hole I have in my back yard. I would never ever recommend Tarson, or the product they sell for that matter.
