Solid sandwiches but disorganized ordering system and long waits. They also changed their rewards system to a free sandwich after 10 to a points system that you would need to buy 18 sandwiches before getting a free one, why brother at that point?

If you want a really great sandwich, this is the place to go! They have an interesting order system, which I feel is unnecessary, but it doesn’t matter as the food is excellent. The staff pretty much keep to themselves here, which is fine with me, and the place is always clean. My favorite sandwich shop, by far.

I can’t get enough of this place, especially on double-punch Tuesdays. I’ve tried a good portion of their menu and am always impressed by the quality of their ingredients and the selection they have available. Typically, I get the roast beef(cold) or the buffalo chicken(hot), but today I felt like expanding my horizons a little bit and the Elvis Wich made glad I tried something new. It was blast back to my childhood to have peanut butter and bananas on a toasted sandwich, which would stand alone just fine, but Which Wich adds two key ingredients to this classic that your mother never did — bacon and honey. I’ll be returning for the Elvis Wich. Thank you, thank you very much, Which Wich.

I thought this place was a really good sandwich and I enjoyed the shake. Limited seating and the lunch hour rush made it tough to sit down and enjoy it.

One of my favorite sandwiches is the avocado and tomato veggie on wheat bread. All the ingredients are fresh!

I’m always on the look-out for a good sandwich place and Which Wich is at the top of my list. They have a ridiculous variety of sandwiches AND they offer some of the best malts/shakes around. They get pretty busy around lunch and dinner, but it is well worth the wait.

The sandwiches aren’t worth the wait. Staff has little to no sense of urgency and don’t plan on having a quick lunch.

I’m a hot sandwich person. I love that so many shops are making hot sandwiches for us who dislike the cold sandwich. I stopped in for lunch and had a philly cheesesteak easy to find on 114th and there is a parking lot out front. staff was nice and I got my food quickly. I loved the bread and sandwich and due to user error I didn’t mark cheese on the bag and they didn’t include it just the caramelized onions. so mine was more a tasty hot roast beef. still very tasty. I also got two cookies. the chocolate chip was hot from the oven and delicious. the peanut butter was a little TOO baked but I could tell it was a good flavored peanut butter and would have it again. I love they have so many options including salads. will be back for my cheesesteak with cheese and I want to try that meatball grinder. Well done Which wich. you have a new customer!

Long ago in a far away mid-west town of Omaha, there lived a young, somewhat close minded teenage girl addicted to Subway. Naiive and convinced it was the best sandwhich place in town(I mean look at all your options?!), she foolishly refused to try any other sandwich shops for several years. One afternoon a kind Jimmy Johns boy offered her a free Turkey Tom sample at her work and instantly she was hooked. Turkey Toms EVERY day at work for lunch! Eventually her taste buds grew tired of the Turkey Tom and she begin to crave something new and different. She walked into Jasons Deli one sunny summer afternoon and fell madly in love with the huge salad bar, the free ice cream cones and the distinct flavor of the cornbeef sandwich. See where I am getting at here? :) Lets fast-forward ten years in this girls deli journey… Yesterday, this former Subway fan passes a small bright yellow shop called Which Wich. Interesting. Her boyfriend jumps up and down with sheer excitement. «WHICHWICHISHERE! I HAVEN’T SEENONCESINCECALIFORNIA! AAH!!» Reluctantly, she decides to cave into her boyfriends wishes even thought the Chinese food next door is seriously calling her name. She was NOT disapointed. Walking in she notices a wall of paper bags in sections«Vegetarian, Classics, Breakfast, Seafood».etc. Being a complete health nut, she gravitates towards the vegetarian section and grabs a bag. Holy guacamole! So many options! Everything from hummus, FRESH avacado slices, crispy onions, sweet asian sauce, olive salad and a myriad of vegetables many delis do not offer. Eagerly, she begins crossing off almost every free optional ingredient. She then hands her order to the chipper and outgoing staff lady awaiting her. Could they possibly fit all THAT into one sub?! The answer is yes. Yes they did. Yum. For one kids meal, two adult sandwiches and some kettle chips. the total came to reasonable price of 18 $. Not bad! Less than ten minutes later, her enormous sub is done and boy is it DELICIOUS. Huge enough to last three meals! Her daughter scarfs down her hot and gooey grilled cheese. Her boyfriend marvels at his wonderous seafood salad sub. She is SOLD. Which ‘Wich is the best nation wide chain sandwich shop standing in Omaha period. More sandwich options than you can fathom. No more awkward pointing to what ingredients you want in your meal. Faster service. More and better ingredients. She WILL be back. One more thing. don’t bother asking her WHICH ‘wich is best because there are just too many amazing food options here. Try it out for yourself…;)

This place is so fun! You start by filling out your sandwich bag with which sandwich and what toppings. There are a ton to chose from! I really like the olive tapenade spread! The sandwiches are huge! They are toasted and delicious! Yum!

This is my new favorite sandwich shop! There are so many varieties of sandwiches, salads, and toppings that it’s hard to decide what to order! The workers are friendly and explain the ordering process of writing your order on a bag, if it’s your first time. I ordered seafood and artichoke, whichever had huge hunks of artichokes. The fried onions made a tasty and crusty topping. You can also add chips as a topping! If you order your sandwich as skinny wich, they will cut out half the bread in the middle. The house chips are kettle style with salt and pepper seasoning.

Good sandwich, nice selection of toppings, and ok service. But waiting 20 minutes for a cold tuna sandwich is ridiculous. It was not a peak time and they had four people behind the counter. Also minimal side choices, adding soup or fresh fruit to the menu would be a nice alternative to chips.

I was pleasantly surprised by Which Wich! For all the chains out there, I think that this has to be the one of the simplest and nice sounding names to have for a sandwich place. As the name implies, it can be hard to decide exactly which sandwich you would like to get. What I like about Which Wich is that they give you a bag to prechoose the ingredients you want instead of calling them out real time a la Subway. I came during the evening, when it was pretty empty, but I can see this saving a lot of time during peak hours. A lot of the eateries in college had a similar prepick and give the cashier a slip option, and it definitely helped speed things up. As for the sandwiches themselves, the options are pretty standard, but plentiful. I went with the medium size, and found it to be more than filling. I wouldn’t advise picking the largest option unless you’re really hungry. As a last note, just keep in mind that the bags don’t have the price on them, so be sure to check the costs of any extras on the menus right above.

I really like the concept of this sandwich shop. You walk in, pick up a brown bag, and fill out pretty much what you want on your sandwich/salad. Beats out the middle man taking the order so less likely there would be an ordering issue. I got the Italian with wheat, medium. The medium is still huge. It’s 10.5 inches but they pack so much in there. Veggies were fine, meat was fine. Chipotle mayo, couldn’t really taste the chipotle but whatever. It was a decent sandwich. I also really like the different«slimming» options they have like skinnying the small wich — hollowing out some bread so it’s less(why can’t this be available for all sizes?), or replacing bread with lettuce, called lettuce wrap. I didn’t try these options but seems like a good idea– like in n out’s lettuce wrap.

The food is good, but not great. Service is average. Sometimes it seems like you wait forever, even when it’s slow. It would be nice to walk in and have a clean table to sit at when only two tables are occupied and there are 7 employees(one being the manager, and another on break in the dining area) in the restaurant.

First off… this is a sandwich shop so expectations are not crazy high. As others discussed, the ordering process is a bit cumbersome and slow. Too many choices for some people equals indecision and they just stand there. However, the menu is interesting and offers a wide variety of classic sandwiches and some new innovative ones. I am a huge fan of unique and different so I became an instant fan. Ordered the Cuban(Pork, ham and pickles) and added numerous extras and had it toasted. Good sandwich. The sandwich’s come in three sizes and the middle one(10.5″) is plenty big to satisfy your hunger. I recommend this place but if the place is a little bit busy… expect a longer than normal wait.

I have been driving past this place since it opened, and had been hearing different tales about it so I stopped in to try their signature sandwich, the Wicked. 4 meats and you choose three cheeses, you have to fill out your sandwich bag and then present it to the attendant. When I did, I was told it was big so I probably wouldn’t want anything else on it. Big mistakes. I asked for tomatoes, but he seemed to think I didn’t need that. If I had my way I would have had their sautéed onions, cucumber, black olives, and maybe something else. I would have given it four stars probably, but because of the yahoo behind the counter I can only give it a three, and maybe try it again sometime, maybe…

I love their concept for sandwiches and more! You get to creatively design your«wich»(sandwich, salad, lettuce wrap, etc.) through online ordering or by selecting options on your«to go» bag. Lots of veggies and seafood options so I am super happy. This is second location I’ve been to and can’t wait until they come to San Fran Bay Area. Service was excellent at 114th location.
