I got my DirecTV through the national corporate office and haven’t had too many complaints. But after getting my roof redone and my dish misaligned, I called them to come out and fix it. They informed me that they wouldn’t be able to come out for 6 days! 6 days that just happen to cover all of the first NFL weekend. I immediately called Technical Magic and explained my situation. They were booked solid but took mercy on this football fanatic and squeezed me in for an appointment the next morning. They were great and worked with me so I didn’t miss the reason I pay DirecTV so much money in the first place, instead of giving me some robotic customer service answer.
