Palm Beach Tan

I used to tan with palm beach a couple years ago and ended my relationship due to problems i was having with a specific location in Lincoln NE, their beds sucked. None of the fans worked. The sprayers didn’t either. The aux in the iBed was never functioning in the time I tanned there as well. The wait to get into a bed was ridiculous. And the staffing was a bunch of rude teenage girls. Now here I am in Omaha, re opened a membership with you people hoping that it was just that location in Lincoln and I am surprised to learn otherwise but for complete different reasons. This location on 168^th and Burke started out fine. About a month or 2 in, I started getting extremely itchy skin every single time I tanned. It got so bad that it was causing rashes all over my legs and arms. I asked a young girl at the desk if she knew what it was and she let me try other lotions thinking I was just having an allergic reaction. It got so bad I went to a dermatologist just to find out that I had scabies. And my doctor stated he was 99% sure it came from these disgusting tanning beds. I let the assistant «manager» know what was going on in hopes of a resolution or some sort of compensation and she just blankly stared at me and said sorry. She offered to re clean the bed but like that would really help? I don’t think so. Now resorting to stand ups only as I use this LAST month EVER with palm beach I noticed on my past bank statements that they have been overcharging me. I told the same assistant manager that did nothing with my first complaint, and she again just blankly stared at me and said sorry. And that I would have to wait until a manager was on duty to figure it out. Correct me if I’m wrong but in most businesses aren’t ASSISTANT MANAGERS suppose to be a back up manager with almost all the same authorities. Anyways, whatever so I told her, call the REAL manager then and I’ll gladly wait. She reluctantly grabs the phone after she insults me and tells me I’m rude. And she gets off the phone and says yeah sorry you’ll have to come back on Monday. WOW. Bravo Palm beach. For not only hiring an insanely rude so called «assistant manager» with lack of customer service skills, but for also refusing to accommodate to my now current health issues that your disgusting tanning beds caused as well as the $ 800 I had to spend to cure it. Oh and not to mention the fact you’re crookedly stealing money out of my pocket for my shitty level 2 scabies infested beds. If anyone reads this, know that myself and 4 of my friends have all had issues with palm beach. You’re bound to as well!
If anyone reads the reply from the Palm beach girl on this review. Don’t let it fool you. I emailed them and haven’t heard a damn word. False advertisement of resolving previous customer issues? Palm beach you really just keep getting better :)
