TERRIBLE service, TERRIBLE work. I took a bridesmaid dress and another dress in and they were both BOTCHED. looked like a 5 year old was sewing. messy messy work. uneven seams, uneven straps, strings hanging off everywhere. even made pleats in the front of the dress changing the entire look, instead of taking the boning out. they refused to give me my dress back until I paid. they wanted me to pay $ 120!!! after 30 minutes of screaming and literally ripping my dress from her hands, I paid them 60 and had to take the dress elsewhere to be fixed. What a nightmare! terrible service, they were not even apologetic for how badly it was done, they blamed it on their ‘new person,’ and then I somehow was to blame. the customer service was perhaps worse than the seamstress’ work. DO NOT go there.

So glad to have found a great, reasonably priced tailor. Cash or check only, but the work is great. They push their suits a bit… I might give one a go at their reasonable price to see how it is!

I’ve been here four times, and each time I was surprised by the reasonable prices, great craftsmanship, and high standard of ethics.
