Attended our first Creighton soccer game recently at Morrison Stadium and really enjoyed the experience. As far as the facility goes, everything was great. We sat in the lower grandstands, which are on the west side of the stadium, and the seats were amazing. I can’t imagine that there is a bad seat in the house. Plus, those seats are covered, which might be nice if there is a threat of inclement weather. The east side of the stadium is general admission, along with seating along the sides where you can sit on the berm and enjoy the game. On this night, it was the homecoming game, so the crowd was huge and made the game a lot of fun. The concession stands were typical things: hot dog, popcorn, candy, etc. The prices seemed about what you’d expect at an event like this. As for parking near the stadium, I am not quite sure. We parked up on campus and just walked down but it seems like there would be lots of options if you don’t mind walking a bit. We enjoyed our first game at Morrison Stadium and I imagine we’ll make many more trips for future games. If you are a fan of soccer at all, it’s a nice way to spend an evening at a great facility.
