McDonald’s

I get it, it’s midnight and you don’t wanna be here. Well, I don’t want to be here either, but you’re the only place that’s open. Most of the time I can count on McDonald’s to at least deliver your crappy food in a timely manner, and that just wasn’t the case. No wonder your company is failing.

Just terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks in the drive through. Would have left if I hadn’t already paid at the previous window. No one communicated why it was so slow. Quite poor.

Either this place has a very popular drive thru, or they have a very slow crew at 2:00 pm, I think it’s the latter.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on New Years Eve after running into my older brother George, I ordered three coffees, one black the others with cream and sweetener. This being my first visit to this establishment I was not aware that they had a bonafide Coffee Nazi on staff.
I had expected to be handed three filled coffee cups with several packs of creamer and sweetener but instead I received a barked demand asking how I’d like the first cup of coffee. At that moment I realized that the Coffee Nazi would be in control of my creamer and sweetener, not me.
«Black» I announced for the first cup, followed by «four creams and four Equals» for the second and «four creams, four sugars» for the final cup.
Ok, I guess the trend with some McDonald’s is to manage the sugar/​creamer request at the server level and I’ve encountered this before, especially when visiting a drive thru. This is the first time I’ve encountered a server so curt.
While ordering the coffees my brother stated that THIS McDonald’s was they worst he had ever seen which surprised me since we were in a relatively nice part of town. After this visit I tend to agree with his assessment. The men’s bathroom was a mess, and it was one of those that only offered an air dryer, thankfully I had carried an extra napkin in there which I used to open the door upon exit. The women’s restroom was so bad that my wife declined to use it (that explains why she had returned so quickly).
When my wife went to get some napkins to wipe down the table she noticed that a mixture of coffee, ketchup and soft drinks had been poured into the drain tray below the soft drink dispenser, the entire area looked disgusting to her. My wife and brother needed to wipe the tables down before we sat and drank our coffee and my wife said that she had selected the cleanest table in the establishement!
This place gets a BIG thumbs down, avoid if possible, but if you choose to risk it bring some sanitizing wipes with you and be prepared to clean up a bit

This McDonald’s has an extremely convenient location, which makes it particularly busy and the quality of the food really suffers. It’s a fast food restaurant, yes, but on several occasions my soda has been flat and watery (like they had an extra Diet Coke from a previous order and let it sit until someone else ordered it), my fries were undercooked and cold, and I’ve even had an expired salad with rotten lettuce. I don’t have very high expectations for fast food, but this one is pretty nasty.

This McDonalds restored my faith in the brand. The employees were hustling to get every order taken care of, and they were very apologetic about the smallest delays. It was very clean and a relatively nice facility too. I have a great experience every time I go to this McDonalds (which is probably waaay too often). Perfect example of how a McDonalds should be!
