Moved to Omaha and was excited about their pick-​up and delivery service – knowing and willing to pay more for service and quality. Unfortunately, they did NOT deliver on promises to not use starch on laundered shirts. Our shirts were always delivered as stiff as cardboard. Ugh! I would not recommend.
