If you air conditioner is out, rather than closing the lobby, close the whole store. We were told that we could not do two orders in the drive through, waited over 15 minutes for food(after being told it was a 3 minute wait), and STILL had to knock on the front door to see what the hold up was. The chicken was not fresh cooked and was like sawdust. Waste of time.

Completely agree with Katy. You get chunks of chicken parts not readily identifiable. Not very warm. Missing items that are ordered. And just not very friendly people who really don’t want to be at work. Cutchall, you need to close this one down. We will never return.

This location is good or bad, depending on the time of day you arrive. If it’s not lunch time or dinner time, expect your food to be the leftovers from the previous meal. 75% of our orders from here are also done incorrectly: food we’ve paid for is not in the bag. It’s very annoying to constantly call and say ‘Hey, you didn’t give me…‘ I would recommend a different location.

I ordered the doublicious combo. I have never had it before, it was quite good and, since arriving shortly after the restaurant opened, the sandwich was hot. I was a bit appalled when I went to the restroom to wash my hands. I was the first person in the restroom for the day and there were dried water spots and gunk in the sink and on the faucet. When returning to my booth to eat lunch I saw dry napkins and old food under the booths. It was obvious that the night crew doesn’t sweep. :( Eeewww

I feel really bad for KFC. As a kid I absolutely loved this place. I typically go to Popeyes for their amazing chicken strips, but since I work right by this KFC I decided to give theirs a try. The flavor was very lacking and I could sense a lot of frustration from the customers waiting for their food. Seeing all the reviews on here no wonder the customers were frustrated. I probably won’t eat KFC again unfortunately. Popeyes is so much better.

Store was a mess, we had to clean off our own table There was a big spill on the floor & instead of cleaning it up, they just put a wet floor sign over it Had to wait for food on the buffet, chicken only wings, no sides available I did their survey & explained my complaints,& wow i got a $ 5 voucher in the mail Wish I could’ve given them a ½ a star

Ordered 4 famous bowls in the drive through. When we got them home, they were the worst ever. No gravy to speak of, very little cheese, the corn was not present. The chicken was okay but it was basically a pile of very dry mashed potatoes. I would recommend that you eat at another establishment.

Not about this location in particular but KFC has gone to hell in a handbasket. I remember the days when it use to be good and I liked it more then«the other guy» not anymore. The chicken is very Greasy and I feel like a blob after I eat it. The service has gone down hill and the workers just don’t seem like they give a crap(this location implies to this comment). I don’t understand why it takes so long to scoop out some more then likely instant mashed potatoes and pour gravy out of a jar/can on it and to fry up so greasy chicken? The 5 dollar box they have seems like a good deal if you are eating on your own, but if you buy each one of your family of four one, its a waste. The meals have gotten so expensive at these places, that you may be better off going to a sit down restaurant with better quality food for the same price. zi only go here probably one or twice a year after a long drive home from out of town and we don’t feel like cooking. next time I think I will stop somewhere for chicken a little farther down the road if I am craving it.

This KFC has dropped back into the worst-of-the-worst category. The star employees are gone, and the old service problems have returned. The best I can say for it is that the food didn’t immediately poison me. On my visit today, there was no chicken on the buffet. No biscuits, either. A sign directed us to ask the cashier for chicken, but the cashier carefully ignored the line of waiting buffet customers. So we waited and waited, eagerly accepting any scraps of food which eventually appeared. I was there from about 12:40 until 1:40; the first big batch of chicken was brought out to the buffet at 1:30, after most of the customers had left. As with any KFC, the prices are on the high side. Bring your coupons. The lunch buffet, $ 8.49, includes a drink. In theory, they use a smartphone app called FrontFlip for a frequent-customer program. It’s quite gimicky, but you can usually get a free drink or something like that if you plan to return within 2 weeks – but only if there happen to be any staff who are familiar with the program(today, no one there knew anything about it). The flavor and freshness of the food is passable – about average for the area KFCs. Keep in mind that fried chicken and most of the sides take 10 minutes or so to prepare. So if business is light, you can expect either old, soggy chicken or a moderate wait for your meal. Likewise, expect a long wait if there is a rush of customers(even at times when such a rush could have been anticipated by staff, if they had bothered to think). Every surface in the dining area was covered with grease, and the trash cans were overflowing. Not recommended for groups: the tables are bolted to the floor.

I entered the restaurant to chaos, with people who had already ordered the buffet screaming at the staff to fill the buffet. Upon my purchase of the buffet i found it to be still empty, so i asked for more chicken. The employee did not answer me, but went to fill the buffet. I got none of that chicken, as the people who had ordered ahead of me cleared it out because they dont restock the buffet. I ended up having to ask for more chicken again. The manager(his nametag said ‘managing partner’) appeared once, excaimed ‘what the hell is going on’ and vanished. This is my second trip to this locstion and the first one was equally horrific. DON’T GOTOTHISRESTAURANT!

For those of you who plan to eat the buffet at this location(on 132nd) you might want to go into the store and actually check out the buffet FIRST to make sure that there is actually food in the buffet. When we arrived(and after purchasing the buffet) we found that there were only a total of FOUR pieces of OLD chicken; no biscuits, and the butter packets were covered with ‘peach juice’ from the nearby pan of peaches! Fresh chicken, sides, etc. were eventually brought out, but only after we told the manager… Still, it was too little too late from our standpoint! The ‘fresh’ food did taste ok, but that should have been there when patrons arrived instead of because we complained. After complaining to the manager, I did get a full refund for the two buffet meals and so I feel it at least deserved 2 stars. But make sure you LOOK before you open your wallet!
