Ate here for the first time today and I must say it really wasn’t bad. The flavors in my wrap were good and exactly what I had expected. The spice bar that they have for the fries is a great feature in my opinion, especially since I love seasonings. The biggest thing that was a detractor in my mind was the fact that for the price I felt like I should have gotten a little more food out of it. But all in all it was a good place to get lunch!

Service wasn’t great. Bacon ranch cheese fries were not bad. California turkey and thai chicken wraps were all lettuce no meat,(looked nothing like the picture). With all the choices in the food court, do yourself a favor and chose something else.

I only get the Falafel wrap here and I think it is one of the best there is. With all the different places that offer similar goods, these guys and gal remember my wife and I and know what we are going to get. Every time. The shake ‘ems for the fries are pretty good. Can you really go wrong with curly fries? For those that cannot understand their words, I am sorry you are bigoted. Arriving in the Sates and starting a franchise can be tough, but not everyone comes from the same privileged background. I often don’t understand the Latinos that make my sushi, but I do understand the cultural and liguistical differences and don’t worry about it. TL;DR: food court food at a mall. Better than the others. Original location in Lincoln at the Gateway mall

Very slow service and good luck understanding what they are saying. Food is okay though.

For what it is(a fast food chain restaurant in a mall food court), Great Wraps is fine. I’ve Only ordered one thing here so far — the falafel. Overall, it’s probably the healthiest thing that exists in all of Westroads, save the icky water fountain tucked away down that eerie nearby hallway where the bathrooms are. But yeah, the falafel is full of your typical ingredients — that fried chickpea stuff, hummus, onion, tomato and some sort of dairy-based sauce. All wrapped up in a spinach tortilla-like thing and hot pressed to order. The downfall is that a single wrap is like $ 5. That doesn’t include the fries/drink combo. Not really a great value, but what are your better options at Westroads? Chicken fingers from Raising Cane, Buffalo fries from Gyros & More topped off with a large Orange Julius? I think I just answered my own question.

Freshly made quick wraps, grilled on a panini grill(a strategy I will immediately begin to implement at home). Pretty simple. Fast, friendly and tasty. Located in the food court of Westroads mall. Also worth noting, you can load up your wrap with all kinds of veggie’s ‘subway style’. I recommend the buffalo chicken(which they can do ‘spicy’ or regular). They also do a mean gyro.
