Horrible experience. I waited for over two hours for someone to show up and when I called they said they were here right at the time they said. I was 5 min late from getting back to the house from my own job! She even said he waited for 10 min. The time stamp on my alarm system even shows 10:05 for turning it off. No call or anything from them(She actually said that was company policy) and then the lady on the phone said I was being irrational and yelling at her. I to work in field service as a technician so I know exactly how to treat people on the phone whether I’m displeased or not. I also know how each call your on may not always go the way you had planned and cause you to be a little late to the next job, which, last time I checked, is why you give a window for time, or call if late. Her customer service was atrocious and instead of trying to resolve the situation, she was more concerned about proving me wrong for being a few minutes late. My ac has been down for 3 days with the average temp inside at 85 — 87 with 80%-90% humidity, on top of multiple other big issues that will require even more expenses. So instead of being a little compassionate about my situation, she wants to criticize me? Well here you go. I’m sorry if I’m just a little irritated, but in no way was I yelling.

I do not know about the quality of the work they provide but it is for sure the overall the quality level of the company operation is very low. From the beginning, the lady who makes appointments was very rude, and did not seem to care whether I place a work order or not with them. Is it because the service was through a warranty service company? She had hot temper and almost yelled me that there were several people want a specific time if I do not take it now. I had no choice, so I chose that time, and she hung up the phone badly. I was so upset because of her attitude and called her again and cancelled the work order. Even if I use my own expense to fix the A/C system, I would not go through such a cheap warranty contractor! Further, the warranty company said they repair would not be covered if it was the existing problem. Then, how can I trust such an unreliable contractor? Really bad experience!
