The sugar cookies with frosting and sprinkles have been one of my top 5 favorite things of all time for years. They are unlike any I’ve ever had anywhere else, they are a definite must try. Also, I placed a very last minute order the other week for 6 dozen cookies and Eileen’s was able to accommodate me easily.

Not really, what more needs to be said about this place? Soft, yummy cookies made fresh everyday. Cookies of many configurations. They also do ice cream sandwiches with the fresh cookies. The only suggestion I have is could they make macadamia nut cookies with regular chocolate chips instead of white ones?
OH! and they sometimes have day old cookies which they sell at a discount. A DAY old. Buy them, buy them all!

Eileen’s cookies is my go to spot if I’m in the mood for a cookie (which is quite often). You can’t go wrong with any of their cookies. My favorites include the Snickerdoodles, the frosted sugar, and the chocolate chip. The trays and packages of cookies are all very reasonably priced and the employees are always very friendly. They always hit the spot. Brat Approved.

I don’t often buy cookies but I can’t help but stop in about every 6 weeks or so after I get my hair cut at the place next door. I love the oatmeal scotchies and the macadamia nut with white chocolate chips and bring a few home to share with the spouse. Once they gave me a few of the «days old» cookies for free and they were still really good. I’ve never gotten one of the pizza sized cookies but I think it’s a great idea for a special occasion and would like to try it sometime.

These cookies are delicious and reasonably priced. My kids love the iced sugar cookies and the staff was nice enough to make green frosting for then when they were out.
If you need a treat for work or school, you can’t beat the dozen frosted sugar cookies for $ 5.

I grew up in hastings and Eileen’s was a staple! Birthday parties, class parties, holiday parties. There was an Eileen’s cookie there. This store cooks there’s a little too long resulting in a crunchy cookie. Not the soft cookies I grew up on.
Frosting is great, designs are just as I’ve request, but the cookies just aren’t as amazing as they could be.
Staff is always very friendly and very helpful.

I love this place. I love these cookies. I had them several times before I ever went to the store. I couldn’t believe the cookies are $ 5 for a dozen. They taste so good and look so nice. I love to get these for my kids to take to school for their birthdays. They are so good about frosting cookies right away if they don’t have the colors you want.
That’s only 42 cents a cookie!!!

I had been using the Papillion location for years but put in a cookie order for a bachelorette party at the location on Pacific because it is closer to my new place. The order was for monogrammed «C» cookies with a decorative border. When I picked it up, I felt the decoration was done poorly so I asked to exchange them for solid cookies. To their credit, they were very nice about the situation and offered to comp my entire order. Their cookies are delicious and are reasonably priced. I would recommend this location if you want solid cookies. If I want a decorated cookie or cookies in the future, though, I will go to the location in Papillion (73rd and Giles).

Eileen’s in Papillion did a birthday cookie cake for us this weekend. We chose a chocolate chip cookie base and a decoration they offer, they personalize the wording. Which is all pretty standard. However, we called late on Saturday and they were closing in a couple hours. They assured us it was alright and they had chocolate chip cookies in the freezer, and they decorated it within those couple of hours. For only about $ 18, we fed 20 people cookie cake with generous slices. The fast turnaround was excellent. Would highly recommend them.
