Dino’s Storage

Tom Finch the manager of Dino’s storage in the downtown Omaha area is an absolute pleasure to work with. I previously sought out another storage place for my needs but they didn’t have the unit size I wanted so I ended up calling up Dino’s the next day. Immediately after I called I was able to make an appointment with him and he reserved the unit for me until I got there.
Upon meeting with Tom, he led me to the storage area and explained to me everything I needed to know. (Unlinke my previous experience with another storage facility, Affordable Self Storage, where the lady just handed me the keys and told me to find the unit myself if I wanted to take a look at it. Needless to say I was pretty dumbfounded at that.)
Tom was the absolute polar opposite of my previous experience. And to top things off he even remembered my brother who used Dino’s around 3 – 4 years ago. Wow! Now that’s service. Tom’s really dedicated to his work. He was able to snag me a super awesome storage close to the unloading entrance of the facility and for a very reasonable price as well.
In terms of logistics, the prices are very reasonable for storage units. They have both climate controlled and non-​climate controlled spaces depending on your needs. For fees, there’s a $ 10 application fee, and in addition to your monthly fee, there’s a $ 5/​month extra charge for $ 1000 insurance plan (which seems like a sweet deal to me in case anything were to go awry).
I highly recommend Dino’s Storage especailly if you’re in the downtown Omaha area. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
