Let me be clear, I was impressed that the game side had new games. It looked clean maybe even new carpet? The game section was very fun, clean and the people doing redemptions were great. However a 2 star goes to the restaurant side. Horrible service. Food so-so but took too long. I admit several big parties were eating too but figure it out. Our server tells us nothing… she doesn’t check in either. Very frustrating. And no manager around to explain the poor service and lukewarm food. I love it when I have to pay full prices and get treat poorly. I was more than frustrated and suggest only go for games.

Definitely love coming here on half off games Wednesday’s but never ever come here on a Saturday, especially if it’s a «fight night». Wife and I went last night(Saturday) and went to the bar since there was an hour wait to be seated. The 3 bartenders took five minutes to even acknowledge that we were there. It was almost like they were too busy making drinks for the servers to take care of us. It just seemed like they were short staffed and one bar tender even said it was a «calm» night. One thing that really pissed me off though was the fact that they had the ufc fight on EVERYSINGLETV. It wasn’t even the main event yet and they were watching the fights that no one cares about. There were bowl games going on. Didn’t get to see TCU come back to beat Oregon(not that I care, just woulda been cool to see). If you wanna see the UFC fight, ya go to D&Bs. If you wanna watch something else, don’t go there on a Saturday night. I’m sorry but not everyone watches ufc. Games are always cool, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want good service(food is still good) or watch something other than ufc on a fight night.

Very poor service. Waitress completely forgot about us. Spoke with manager and still waited another ten minutes for food. When we finally got our food(mind you these were only appetizers) it was soggy and looked as if it had been sitting for an hour… not a plesent experience..

This review is specifically for their«Breakfast With Santa» morning that they do once a year in December. My kids are 9&10 and we are probably looking at this being our last year to go and speak with Santa before the 25th comes. For the past several years we did an alternate thing at another venue, but the kids were getting bored with it, as it was for younger kids. I received an email from D&B about this Santa breakfast and thought it might be a nice last hurrah for our final year with Santa being involved. I followed the link and it was really easy to make a reservation and pay for it online. The tickets said it ran from 8am to 10am, but when we arrived at 9am, a sign on the door said it went to noon. We were greeted at the front and a gentlemen gave us a couple envelopes and said we could sit wherever we liked. So, here’s the deal: you get a buffet breakfast, an encounter and picture with the big guy, a five dollar card to play a few of the ticket machines, plus free time ALL day on the non-ticket, video game machines. We picked out a table, got a beverage(they had soft drinks, lemonade and orange juice available) and looked over the buffet. They had some donut type stuff out, but no hot food, so my kids ran off with their cards to play a couple games. The food started coming out about ten minutes later so I went to find my kids. I’m looking around and see a kid and Santa Claus sitting in one of those giant, sit-down shooting games, zapping dinosaurs together. So funny. The breakfast was not too bad. Eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, biscuits and gravy, some fresh fruit. Their were several servers swooping in to take your empty plate or refill your beverage for you. Everyone was in a good mood and very pleasant. We got our pic done with Santa and the picture lady went nuts and we ended up with about twelve different printed pics of the kids(and of the whole family) enjoying the morning. I think they were only supposed to just give us one! We played games all morning and had a great time. I’ll bet there was about 15 other people attending, pretty much had the place to ourselves. We had such a good time, this might be our new family tradition, even if the kids are getting too old to «believe». It was an amazing value for what we ended up getting.

Staff is fantastic. Some of the games are old, but the nostalgia and some of the newer arcade games makes for a great Friday night. Drinks, food, and gaming until midnight… do it.

Come here for the games, not the food! The games are pretty fun, and the prizes they have are pretty cool too. You will probably spend more money than you expect to though, I always do! I have been here a few times but my most recent trip was a couple months ago with hubby for a date night. We started with drinks, I tried the original«snow cone» because the server said it tastes like bubble gum. ITDOESNOT. It tastes like uv blue, gross. I would never buy this drink again. It was mostly ice, which is pretty obvious when being called a snow cone. It gave me a nice little buzz though. Hubby had the original coronarita. He liked it a lot. I didn’t taste it. We also had spinach cheese dip, which was very tasty. After that we went and played some games. There were suprisingly quite a few kids out pretty late, but mostly fellow adults letting out their inner kid. Very fun place to be. We spent about 75 bucks on games alone and that lasted about 2 hours, we then traded in our tickets for a couple things and headed to the bar to order some mozzarella sticks. The bar tender looked busy when we first sat down, so we waited patiently until she got done making everyone’s drinks. Then she just started cleaning the area up a bit, spacing off, looking at us then looking away. Didnt say one word to us. So we waived down a waiter. We finally got our mozzarella sticks and they were gross. I will say that on our first trip ever we tried Philly cheese steak roll things and they were nasty. Tasted like processed cheese. I also had chicken Alfredo that trip, nasty as well. Watery, flavorless sauce that didn’t even stick to the noodles. Bleh. So stick to the games, try a drink, and get the spinach dip!

The allure of an adult arcade brought us in.(But kids were everywhere) The place was packed and there was only bar seating facing the arcade room. Went on a Saturday evening with a group of guys. So we expected it to be busy Beer selection was so so. Need more on tap. Not really impressed. The Calamari was surprisingly tender but coldish when we go it. Advertisements hit you for the rewards and buy this get this. But beware you do not get them for 3 days after you sign up and then they are only good for about 14 days. Not really impressed. food and service were sketchy value was not there and it was super $$$.

I’ll first tell you this place is cool inside(by which I mean they keep it about 60 degrees and we froze are butts off all during dinner even after asking them to adjust). But the machines and the new cards are the bomb. Tons of fun. Kids loved it. Now some details: 4 adults 1 child(no booze) $ 125.00 not including tip. $ 20 in game play cards(some come with meals) last a 10 year old under 45 minutes. They don’t put salt on the table for some god knows why reason. The service was very slow and response time for requests was painfully long. But kids don’t care as long as they are looking over and seeing the games.

Horrible and noisy! it was near empty when I was there, but the noise still gave me a headache. The burger was excellent! Take a few aspirin first, then order a great burger or steak.

It was a little on the expensive side, but you get alot for your money. I did it for my daughter’s 21st birthday for her and a friend. They had a blast. They give you some play time with your meals then you can purchase extra on your own. The food is outstanding. and the games were fun.

We very randomly ended up here on late Wednesday afternoon and had a great time! Almost no crowd at all so it was wonderful for our small children. The place was very clean and well-maintained. I also appreciate that at nearly every game station there was an adjacent table where we could set down our drinks and tickets. Very convenient. I think my only gripe, and this is very minor, is that some of the boxes where you swipe your card seem to not work real well and in the arcade section it was a little bit too loud for me. I think this place offers fun for all ages. Consider checking it out at a quieter time to avoid the crowds. If you are in employer looking for a place to train, this facility also has private rooms available and I know with booking those training rooms you get free playing cards.

Love this place! Good food and drinks! Clean place. I love how you can sit in the arcade area and enjoy your food and drinks. Perfect for us since my kiddo never wants to eat here anyway! He just wants to play. I like the way the prices are set up. How you can get an eat and play thing with your meal… or, you can simply throw a $ 20 into the machine and get a card. I like that there are options. And it’s very user-friendly. Wednesday’s are half price game day. That’s a bonus! This is my favorite arcade/game place in Omaha. Always a good time!

Cheers to this place for keeping my inner child alive! I gotta say since I was introduced to D & B’s in San Diego a long, long time ago I’ve been a fan ever since. I just wish they would start taking advantage of the local brewing scene! I’m tired of drinking sub-par beers because I like the venue(i.e. Casinos, music events, etcetera). I give them an A for game selection but will head over to Beercade in Benson for the beer selection!

This was my 2nd time eatting here w/the kids. I didn’t like the nachos’ the 1st time, so I tried the $ 13 chicken pasta. It was very bland, not temperature warm, much less hot! I was disappointed once again, but the kids always have fun playing the games. In the end, it’s all about the kids at this place!

My bridesmaids took me here for part of my bachelorette party. We were seated right away. Our waiter was very friendly, a little too friendly to one of my bridesmaids, Rachael, in particular. Everyone got drinks expect for Rachael and me. The waiter only noticed Rachael not drinking and said that he was going to buy her a drink and said pick anything you want on the menu. I’m thinking, hello, bride here; however, I was okay because I don’t drink anyway. Haha Throughout the night, I guess Rachael swooned him(not even knowing, she was clueless she had him in the palm of her hand) because then he gave us all free Dave and Buster game cards and one already had 40 game points on it. He was very nice but it did take him about 20 minutes for him to give us our receipts at the end of the night. The games are always fun! But when you go to Dave and Buster’s make sure to expect to spend a good amount of money. Eating and games are a bit pricey together. Also, the prizes seemed almost worthless compared to the amount of money you spend on games. I do love Dave and Buster’s, but it’s more for a once in a while outing.

I really want to like Dave and Buster, they seem like they could be some real cool guys to hang with but they have to find some new friends or family to work alongside. Dang, the wait staff was inexcusably slow tonight. First off, it took forever to get our drink order, so long that he took our food order at the same time. Simply because we had plenty of time to look over the menu… twice. Our food actually was fairly quick in arriving, which to me isn’t a big plus because I’m assuming they are heating something up in the microwave or it’s sitting in a warmer. The food was decent enough but I couldn’t get past our server and his lack of effort. I had some potato ball appetizer, which seemed like a deep fried mashed potato orb, tasty but nothing outstanding. I also ate part of my daughter’s Philly steak, the meat had a good flavor and the bun was nice and soft. My wife had something called bar burgers(I think that was the name), they should be billed as the«world’s smallest slider». The 4 burgers consisted of a small piece of hamburger on a Hawaiian Roll, the flavor was there but the size was too distracting to enjoy the flavor. I did like the fries as they were skin on fries, which I appreciate. If only I had a refill on my water to wash them down. Predictably, it took a lifetime to get the check. Finally, this is my last beef with apparently Dave and Buster’s nepotism hire, they have a rewards program in that for so many dollars you spend, you get rewards to use later. The problem is the reward card is also the game card you use to play the games after you eat. However, it’s hard to play when you have to wait for the check to be rang up since they need the reward/game card. I ended up leaving the check with my wife and taking the card for my daughter to play her games, get her 1,000 tickets and turn them in for a kazoo. A $ 10 kazoo mind you. I decided why rack up reward points when I’m not going to be hanging with Dave and Buster again. Overall 1.5 stars.

I enjoyed myself once again here. This time we sat at the bar. They was a little slow coming over to us. We was ready to order some food. My burger was good. The drinks was not watered down which I was happy about. After we are we played some games. Some new ones that I never played. But in the end we ended up With 1500 tickets got us some cool prizes. Enjoyed myself…
