I don’t know how this location handles a regular walk-in customer, but the way they have handled a business to business transaction leaves much to be desired. It started fine; we had some things that needed laminated; we called ahead to get a quote, etc. We asked if we needed to make an appointment, and we were told that we would only need to call ahead. We were told that it should only take 2 hours, max to complete our order. We call ahead, walk down there, and they haven’t even turned-on the equipment yet. We are told that it will take an hour, at least, to warm-up the machine. We drop our items off, and go kill some time while we wait. «They will be done at 11am» becomes, «they will be done at 1pm»… The laminating was fine, save for the holes. You would think it would be obvious that a person would not want the holes through the graphics they are laminating… oh well… Then, the bill. Instead of the 9 sheets we gave them, the invoice says«14». When called to correct this, they at first ask us if we could just pay the incorrect amount, and then wait for them to send us a check for the difference. No, we won’t. Then they say that«it would take too much time and resources to print out a new invoice and send it to us — can we just hand-write the corrections on the invoice we have there?» No, that is not how it works… *sigh* Shoddy at best. Poor customer service. Very disappointing.
