Burger King

Came in at 10 ’til 7pm on a quiet night and none of the three employees working were at the register. One was manning the drive thru, one was making the orders, and one (seemingly a manager) was washing something at a sink. At least one of the employees saw us and made eye contact several times and never said anything to us, nor to anyone else on their headset. Finally the gal at the sink came and took our order in the most unenthusiastic/​disinterested way possible. Also, they chose this dinner timeframe to clean the shake machine instead of later at night, which was a minor annoyance. I realize the machines need cleaned sometime, but I feel like later in the night as opposed to the dinner time window would make more sense. Despite the few customers, they screwed up a drive thru order and talked about how they were sure they would get a complaint. They also managed to screw up our sauce order. Again, not a big deal, but with a small order and so few customers, it just made it seem like the employees didn’t care about what they were doing.

The only reason I gave this place A star is due to the fact that I can’t give it ZERO stars. The service is awful, it’s the slowest «fast» food restaurant I’ve ever been to, and the people there are constantly rude. They should do a better job at… Well… Everything. The only reason this restaurant is able to function has to be that the franchisee is dead.

So for fast food you don’t have too many expectations but holy crap this place disappoints. Go across the street to mcds!
We ordered our food and at 9 am they had no cinabons ready. They have signs everywhere that say made fresh daily but none ready at 9 and It would be an 18 minute wait. The cook in the back kept rubbing his nose with gloves on so the cashier had to remind him to change them. Eww
And while we were waiting for our order we noticed the cashier girl was wearing hot pink slippers! This store has high standards for employees!
Food had hair on it, biscuits and gravy looked worse then what you were served in high school. Just save yourself the trouble and go else where.

Got through the drive thru quickly today, no one in front of me. Service was quick food was normal and I was on my way.
