On July 27, 2014, at about 6:00 p.m., I had an emergency with my truck when the batteries gave out while I was in Omaha. I had purchased the batteries at Auto Zone in Arizona, and they were under warranty. A friend took me to Auto Zone at 133rd and Q in Omaha about 6:30 p.m., and I have to say that the 2 guys who were working then were outstanding. They were polite, helpful, understood the problem, tested the batteries, and did everything they could do to give me first class customer service. They were fabulous! Both deserve a raise, or at least an award for great customer service! I didn’t get their names, but they’ll remember. I’m a guy with a Diesel truck and my 2 batteries failed. They honored the warranty, upgraded the batteries for a small fee, and everything was great. In fact, when I got home to Iowa and figured out that my alternator was bad, I went back today to the same Auto Zone in Omaha! The guy today was all right, but not the same class as the two guys who helped me last night! I’ll give my business to the Auto Zone at 133rd and Q street, Omaha.

Most of the people here are okay but there is a rude nerdy looking dork working who lacks customer service skills among other things. I asked him about loaning a tool and he acted as if I was asking him to loan out his mom or sister. To make matters worse he gave me the wrong part.
