This place still burns me when I think about it. Out of all my reviews other than Jade’s, this place was the worst. I’m surprised nobody is reviewing this place. Please take a minute to let people know how you feel about Quality if you have a negative experience with them. I want Omaha to know how poor this company treats their customers and how poor their quality really is.

I wish I had read reviews before I called this company. Customer service is definitely of NO importance to them. Or they are not aware of how that Kathy talks to people. She is not helpful at all and doesn’t seem to care. When I told her. «You said 3 ½ to 4 weeks we are now in our 7th week and you are telling me it is going to be yet another week«. Her response was a very apathetic«YEP». And strongly suggested I wait for her to call us back rather than calling her again. Never once did offer to check on the status of this and get back to us. Every time we have talked to her she says«maybe next week». QUALITYFENCECO not even sure they have fence as i have yet to see any signs of fence and we paid our 60% down payment on July 24th But the customer service is anything and everything but, quality. Run, do not walk, away from this company. I am really sorry to not have had Patrick W’s experience because I picked them in part due to his rave reviews. This company started out all promises — and then it went evil. They showed up when they wanted without warning. We have a lab who loves to run… yeah they showed up and removed the fence before I could put her away. When I called, Tom(service manager) totally kissed my butt apologizing but forgot about it within days. Then they showed up 6 days later to install new one — totally blocking my driveway — again no notice. When it was done(6′ wood privacy with gothic toppers) there was a gap at the bottom around most of the fence ranging from 2 inches to 7 inches. Anyone with a dog or knows lab can testify, daylight means digging. Also the slats on the gates(at the bottom) were not level but each new slat was ½ to 1 inch longer than the previous one. I didn’t order staggered gates! A nice guys just doing his job stopped by and sorta fixed the gates, we will have to plant tall grass to cover up some of the slats. When we complained about the gaps at the bottom of the fence, their workers sneaked onto the property and touched it up with pieces of wood on the outside of the fence at the bottom running horizontally with nails they didn’t entirely hammer in. Hit, hit and then bent them over!!! The BBB even gave them an A or A+ — they did F work for us… and it was really about how they treated us. Our neighbor went in with us to get a gate for our common fencing… they called her and lied to her to get money from her! We were still fighting about the gate when they called our widow neighbor and told her we were perfectly happy with our fence. Unfortunately she believed them and sent them the money! No ethics, no professionalism, no class. Buyer beware.

I have no experience with the other fence companies around town but I can tell you that Quality Fence is top-notch. I made the decision to hire them over S&W and American Fence based on the cost and feedback from others. The cost was competitive though it was a bit more. They installed the posts and came back in just over a week to put in the rest of the fence. For the most part, they did a fantastic job and even came back to fix a couple of minor issues within two days. If you’re in the market for a fence, I recommend Quality Fence. They are helpful, prompt, and professional.
